What size primaries on the Kook’s headers? 1 3/4 or 1 5/8 ? Nice tastefully done build by the way. Hate it when I see a Mach build and you can’t tell it’s a Mach anymore. You put your $$ where it matters most I see! Great #s too. 378 rwh is very impressive on a bolt on 4V. I know cams probably ain’t really considered a bolt on but still, great #s. Ive owned a TR 03 since it was less than a year old. Very under appreciated cars. Also I think one of the last cars to have that old school raw feel to them. Sure there’s plenty of newer cars with big #s but that car is going to surprise a lot of them.
I agree 373 is a waste of time they have 355 gears stock...410 or even lower or i wouldnt bother at all. I would go with 410 ecspecially with the cams its even more time end oriented than they are to begin with...410-430 only reason i wouldnt recommend 456 with cams is the car may actually have enough power to tach all of 4th before the quarter mile with 456s...with just bolt ons youre fine with 456s. Dont fear the gear in the earlier 4vs like this...that is the best saying ever and its 100% true. Even with 456 you prob dont drop more than 3-4 mpg on the highway if that from stock...im thinking it would be a little less. These cars love gear and rip ass with 410 and lower. I had 410 on my old bolt on 97 cobra was worried it was too low after i got them i regretted not going 430-456. If i ever have another na early 4v again i wont make that mistake twice. Im goong 456 with bolt ons or if its cammed 430

Miguel Chilpa a air intake is easy. Gears, clutch, and cams? Common. Yea its doable but i would rather have someone who i trust do it right the first time. We arent mechanics and don’t have all the time in the world to work on the car.

Did you change out the oil pump? If so which pump did you go with. And the injectors are they stock cobra or after market 39lbs?
We did not change out the oil pump. We got the 39lb injectors off of a stock cobra

Just added a bbk fuel pump but not sure if it was required. Ours was going out.
Nice build! I would have gone with 4.10 gears tho. Especially if its N/A. I have 4.30's on mine and love them

4v 4.6 has beehive springs from the factory
Tyler Quinton the cams we put in require these beehive springs from comp cams and do not recommend using stock valve springs.
