Question 2. I think among those rights A is incorrect as the patient is a danger to themselves which automatically means they can not make informed decisions about themselves so "the right to receive medication does not apply to them. My thoughts please.
I do agree with CDE.

For legal reasons patients can refuse medications unless it’s a court order OR they’re trying to directly harm themselves and others and need chemical restraints.
