  • It's the other perks, which are more reliable and less predictable, that will continue to make slugging really risky for most Killers. If anything, Boon: Exponential will just add another layer of situational strength to already powerful builds with multiple Boon perks.

      When I saw this perk I didn’t think it was as overwhelmingly powerful as everyone was making it out to be. It’s just better Unbreakable if you’re in a specific range that the killer can hear and pinpoint. If anything I’d run Unbreakable OVER Exponential.

      very helpful take actually. i often forget the boons make a sound. its annoying tho that when they boon your hex it just makes the regular boon sound and i often forget to check if my hex is gone becuase i didnt hear hex break i heard boon spawn.

      Unlike circle of healing / shadowstep, you can't get much use simply because of how slow you are when you crawl. It will very rarely be beneficial to crawl over to a boon to get the effect, and if you're downed in the radius, the killer will likely snuff the totem if they hear it. Like you said, there's more unpredictable and efficient anti-slugging perks.

    To be honest while it is strong and can be super powerful. I don't think it will replace unbreakable. You usually only need 1 pick up per game and it works everywhere.

      1. You down someone near the boon
      2. You decide to leave them on the floor usually you always pick them up rendering the perk useless.
      3. It’s only strong against people who know what they’re doing like if someone has a flashlight you run away and they get up that’s not gonna happen cause you could just look at a wall

      @@difference3maker36 To be fair, there isn't always a wall lol. It can be quite powerful if they get downed in an open area and another survivor harasses you. Especially since they changed how flashlighting works, so they don't actually have to be as close in order to secure the blind.

      @@arshadzaidi4667 You don't even really need a wall. All you have to do is turn away from them and fake the pickup and they'll likely waste dead hard or sprint burst to try to get the save, suddenly they're in a bad position. Also if survivor seems to be leading you to an area you suspect that there might be a boon you could easily do a spotcheck before hand if you plan on leaving them there. Even still it's very rare you're gonna slug someone unless you're just an asshole or another target appears who is injured.

    I think this will only be useful with tenacity. You need to get downed far enough from the totem that the killer won't instantly kick the totem, then crawl into it.

      @@Chroma710 you get significant unbreakable value in like 1/10 games, and in those games, the chance of you having to use unbreakable twice is even lower. If a killer knows you have used your unbreakable, they still can't slug you because your recovery speed is still incredibly fast.

    I think as with other boons, It will be a "Win more" perk for survivors. What i mean is if they are at a disadvantage gamestate-wise (map, gens remaining, killer pressure) it won't be much of a problem to the killer.
    But the opposite is true: if the killer is on a bad map + the survivors aren't under pressure so they have time to setup boons + boon is in a good spot/survivors can afford to only send 1 guy to pickup/get chased, then it will give the killer, who is already in a rough spot, an even worse time. But that was already true with unbreakable, this is just an even more extreme version of that.

    Personally I look at the boom perks like this:
    Boon: Circle of Healing Provides an AoR heal buff to all survivors and allows every survivor to heal without medkits, this makes it a better perk (mainly for teams/swfs but even solo q) than self-care as it can affect ever survivor, and it can be quicker/more efficient than self-care as long as you get at least 2 uses out of one blessing (this can be 2 uses of your own or yourself and a teammate or even 2 teammates, as soon as you get 2 uses from one bless the perk has become more efficient than self-care)
    Boon: Shadow Step removes aura revealing effects in its effective range, it’s strong for perks like I’m All Ears, Rancor, and BBQ but less overall effective than Circle of Healing
    Boon: Exponential gives you an increased recover speed from dying state and the ability to pick yourself up in its effective range. It’s multi-use and allowing you to pick yourself up are good but it is FAR less predictable/useful for survivors, often other perks would be much better even if their usecase are different.

      @@coregrip1 Clairvoyance is actually quite bad as it doesnt show you the most useful item to see with a map "totems" , its kinda weird how they made this character that wanna see totems to make boons but makes her perk that should help her find totems useless at finding them , anyway maps in general are only good for totems nothing else so aside from the bug that allows you to push killers or go throught them while using Clairvoyance its overall pretty useless

    I think it greatly depends on the map (as all of DbD). There are situations when you can get great value from it, for example in RCPD or Midwich but the killer also has to slug you in the right spot so it is easier to take unbreakable anyway

      @@PacoReer Its 16 seconds to set a boon. Not to mention that the survivor can run Circle of Healing+Exponential. It costs 2 perks slots, but they can still run DS+DH/SB in addition to that so they still have the basic survivability requirements for high level play. The other teammates can make up for that by running traditional meta perks aka some variation of DS/BT/Soul Guard/UB/DH/SB so its not some huge net loss.
      Setting up a Circle of healing+Expoential simultaneously is still going to be time efficient. Of course you shouldn't simply be running Exponential on its on. But when combined with Circle of Healing its will be quite powerful especially on multi floor maps.
      But regardless, we were talking about slugging. Slugging and tunneling are required at high level play due to time efficiency. You simply cannot think that you're going to be getting 12 hook games against good survivors. Its completely nonsensical. Look at any tournament. It flat out doesn't happen.

      @@arshadzaidi4667 It's not 16 seconds. You can't tp around the map. You need to find a totem, bless it, then go back to a gen, all of this without running into the killer.
      It's way more efficient to just do a gen.
      Just look at any tournament: most of them don't allow survivors to repeat perks, so you'd need the survivor with exponential to be near the downed survivor, or he'll waste a couple minutes setting it up (which is beneficial for the killer).
      Also, you'll need to have a "boon guy" to be more efficient, which makes them a great target for the killer
      In conclusion, it's not efficient. The perk is situational at best. Just watching a couple tournament games is enough to understand that.

    I notice a lot of little touches like that on videos and it's awesome.

    My question about whole boon thing is: Why are they giving bonuses to speeds at all?! Isn't unlimited unbreakable and self care in itself powerful enough that it warrants a perk?

      It requires setup and can be predicted and prevented. You know a boon is in play, unlike with Unbreakable/other second chance perks.

      @@twosoup3252 but it also affects everyone in the game, even those without the perk equipped. There's no reason it should have such a strong effect without some level of limit, and a 12 second start time is not enough of a hinderance.

      @@cplpuddingpop it's 14 or 24 for hex right now and trust me, it matters. The limits on boons are, set up time, the killer can stomp with an animation that takes 1 sec, and the area isn't that big on medium to big maps. Small maps are great for it but honestly it's hit or miss because the some of the small maps have super obvious totem spots.
      If you just need self heal, selfcare is faster, even if you set the boon up before hand you have to run all the way back to where you put it, which wastes time and can get you caught. Shadow step is arguably the least conditional but killers are only really going to be tricked once, maybe twice in a dedicated chase, before they catch on and if you aren't looping by a spot you set up then shadow dance is worthless. You are going to need to bring tenacity with the new one, I can't think of another way to make it work. Best case is that you are looping a pallet super hard and you give just enough time for your friend to bless a totem next to you then when you go down another friend or the same one as before runs in with a flashlight to bait the killer into slugging. That still needs the killer to not just ignore the flashlight if there is a wall close, and ignores that if the killer is oblivious enough for this to happen, the friend with the flashlight could just get a save with it.
      My point is that boons sound powerful and everything but in practice it's a pain to get them functional, especially in solo queue.
      Now this isn't going to stop me from running a you can't keep me down build with Tenacity, Unbreakable, Soul Guard, and Boon Exponential, I just know it's going to be terrible =P

    What people don’t get is that nothing will stop slugging no matter how many anti-slugging perks there are.
    Why? Because of the way the game is balanced. Slugging is encouraged because games go too fast and incapacitating one or two survivors without wasting time hooking them is way more valuable because it buys the killer time.
    You want killers to stop slugging? Then reward killers for hooking survivors. Reward them for going for chases. Allow them to actually defend generators. Etc.
    In other words balance for hooks instead of kills.

      There are a number of good perks that encourages hooks to buy time for the killer. Slugging is only effective if the killer is confident that it can be done consistently, and only a couple of killers has this potencial.

Or No Way Out a perk that is only good at buying time in the end game for noed. Essentially what I’m getting at is that the current hook reward perks only work if the survivors allow it them to work. Not to mention the difficulty in even downing a survivor with enough time to stop a gen afterwards.
      And slugging isn’t just effective if the killer has confidence, it’s mandatory to give the killer the necessary time to kill every survivor in one hook.

      @@Random-yg1fi I agree that the hook related perks depends on survivors skills and coordenation, but what I meant about slugging is that there are very few killers (if not only nurse) that can do it as a consistent playstyle against competent survivors. In my opinion, the problem with creating stronger hook reward perks is that if you as a killer manage to get a good early game, the match would be irreversibly won. Considering that ending the first chase and applying a pop before the first gen gets completed is already a gamechanger that can decide the outcome of the match, imagine what an stronger hook related perk could do for your pressure with a couple of hooks in the beggining of the match, specialy in the hands of nurses and other top tier killers who have the power to end chases shortly.

      @@FelipeTorresRibeiro I would argue if you get a ton of early hooks then you would’ve won that match anyway even without strong hook perks because it shows that either the survivors are bad at looping, not efficient on generators, there’s a weak link on the team, or a combination of the three.
      Even then smart survivors will find a way to undo a killers pressure, if they are of equal skill level of course

    Thanks for the reassurance. That makes sense! I WOULD like the Boons to be capped tho. Re-re-re-blessing a totem gets a little old. Rekindle doesn't do ANYTHING if nobody's cleansing. (and if you bring any boon they bless instead of cleanse)

      Honestly yeah. I'd love for there to be some kind of limit just for the killer's sanity. I know it's not hurting my chances of winning if survivors keep blessing the same totem and I keep snuffing it, but it starts getting annoying super fast.

    I mean you could say the same about circle of healing with the argument it removes snowball potential from having multiple people injured. Normally two people have to group up and then both spend 32s healing but they can just go to boon and spend 16s healing themselves without any medkits...if you have a medkit it's 8s. Basically both these boons remove snowball because it happens from either an insta down killer being able to slug in the right situation in order to get another quick down OR multiple injured survivors nearby that makes it very good for you to slug.
    Both these boons remove so much pressure from a killer for free all just because "oh the killer can get rid of it" yeah the problem is it can just be re-blessed again and then with how big every damn map is it doesn't just take you 2s to snuff it out...it takes you like 10-15s of walking to the damn totem (assuming you know where it's at) and THEN you spend 2s snuffing it. It might waste survivors time but they literally get value for free because it also waste so much of your time snuffing it OR you let it be and you wait until they go down on top of it and then snuff it but then at that point they get value from it anyway just from it being up the whole time.
    That's my problem with boons is that no matter what it's a win win for survivors and a lose lose for killers 90% of the time. Also if you bless a hex, if the killer snuffs it they should get their hex back so that way hex's actually can be used to somewhat deal with them so when you bless a hex you it has a little bit of a risk. The devs specifically said they made hex's take 10s longer to bless to add a bit of a "risk." Risk of what? lmao. Idk I just feel that would be a much better interaction like "hmm should I just cleanse it??" and having to make that choice. It's more of a gamble/risk and personally I find that far more interesting and fun than just "hold m1 for 10s longer." :/

    Just like COH, people are just seeing the effect and disconsidering everything else. It has a limited short range, it needs to be set up, it can be removed temporarily.
    The only situation where this perk can be really powerful is if a 4-man SWF is using it, all 4 survivors have it. But guess what? If they all just bring Unbreakable, they won't lose time setting up bones and also the killer will not be able to do anything to prevent them from using their perks other than not slugging.
    We all got scared when boon totems got released, but reality is they are not that crazy. The only boon so far with potential to ruin a killer's game is COH because of 4-man SWFs, and there is a very simple solution for boons to be balanced: Giving the killer some sort of reward for snuffing totems. I know everyone wants boons to only be usable once, but I don't think that would be balanced. My idea is making it so it takes longer to reset a boon every time it gets removed by the killer. It could be 4~6 seconds extra for each time, and maybe more if you have multiple boons. This way if survivors keep resetting boons every time the killer removes it, after some time they will start being punished for doing it, but they still have the option if they need it.

    The fact that boon can reapply again and again is the problem. In cases where boon is placed on second floor, killer cannot afford to snuff it.
    In places like the factory in ironworks of misery, you can create a building that can provide self heal, anti slug and anti aura+scratch mark, or killer had to spend time to snuff a totem that can be reapplied.
    IMO boon should be a tactical decision that can be done once, and killer can choose to spend time to snuff it with a longer snuff animation.

    Look at it this way. Even when you run Unbreakable, how often do you get to use it? Now imagine that Unbreakable only worked in a specific area of the map, whose location was loudly broadcast into the killer's ears. How often would you get to use it THEN?
    It will literally happen less often than Unbreakable does now. It requires the killer to slug (which already rarely happens) IN the area of an unquaitified boon totem.

    Against most Killers you can just pick up the Survivor and move on but as a Twins main I’m very much not looking forwards to this perk. Should I down the Survivor with Victor anywhere near the boon, Victor can’t snuff it, forcing me to switch to Charlotte, and by the time I’m even done respawning as the M1 Killer 40 miles away, they’re already halfway to picking themselves up. Even if I’m able to down them quickly again when they pick themselves up near Victor, the simple existence of this perk means that they waste 20-30 seconds of my time minimum on their own even if they repeatedly go down over and over again with little resistance, which is HUGE when you’re playing against a team who knows what the M1 button does. I really hope nobody runs this perk because being able to apply split pressure with Twins is already nonexistent thanks to Circle; if this perk sees frequent use I’m just gonna switch mains.

      @@stallingratt7468 I mean, the recovery speed doesn’t stack with Circle since Circle affects healing. If you were recovering with Exponential and someone started healing you with Circle, you would go from recovering at 1 charge/second to being healed at 2 charges/second.

    boon exponential may also only be really effective with coordinated team play. i'm thinking of the times where you wanna get a flashlight save, but the killer sees you and tries to hit you instead. the survivor is left on the floor to recover and possibly get up. either way, though, you'd still have to be near the totem and hope the killer doesn't suspect the one out of three existing boons

    I'm gonna give you the same answer i gave people about Hex Devour Hope and Ruin when the hag came out, track the totems.
    You need to know where every totem is. It's gonna take a bit of time to know where all the spawns are on each map but you'll get there. And as Otz said, that will be the least of your worries.

    Unbreakable gets used 1% of the time. Exponential gets used 0.1% of the time.
    And it doesn't matter how much faster you recover, because either the killer is going to slug you, or not. It doesn't matter that you recover faster.

    Until they make them a 1 and done boons are gonna be problematic the more they get released. Im sure the devs won’t be crazy enough to make one of them affect gen speeds but I do think they’re crazy enough to make it affect status affect recovery speeds or even survivor movement speeds or even give you aura reading within it. Totems are basically transitioning to a survivor mechanic more than killer

    My honest thoughts are not how everyone else thinks, they think to simple with the perk. This is how I will use it, find a designated spot in the beginning of the game and that will be your go to spot in a chase, once you get injured, take the killer to that spot and continue your chase, the killer will be forced to pick you up and has no slug play. Next when a certain amount of gens are completed put the totem in a dead zone where there are no gens and just lead the killer over there again, it forces them to waste time. when all gens are popped, put the perk near an exit gate. And there you go. It’s not just a put down perk and get over with it. It is a strategic positional perk

    In my opinion hex plaything can be op perk.
    You hook a survivor → hex plaything active → survivor boon the hex plaything → you break the boon totem and make it back to dull totem →you can use hex plaything again on that dull totem
    Maybe you can combo with hex retribution,thrill of the hunt, or pentimento (when survivor trying to cleanse the totem)

    It won't stop slugging but much like unbreakable
    It could become the difference between winning or losing
    It's situational but devastating if it's pulled off and not only that but even having 5 seconds of exponential stacked with unbreakable will give a TON of recovery (keep in mind that would be 135% recovery speed) which just lessens the time needed to heal
    Overall it's still gamechanging for how much time it can save much like the other 2 boons.
    I really really hope they make a change where the totems become broken after 2 stomps from a killer.

    "Boons are able to be replaced because they are not game changing like Hex totems" Apparently infinite unbreakable, infinite heals without the need of a medkit or other teammate, and aura blocking which counters a majority of killers perks and addons = less game changing than a hex which gives a minute of exposed and relies on survivors to activate

    Makes sense in theory but more often than not, crawling away is a superior strategy to counter smarter killers that slug because they shouldn’t really leave you slugged for too long just as other survivors shouldn’t really get caught with their pants down running towards the slugged team mate. That said I think this perk trumps unbreakable simply because it encourages a good habit when you get slugged, crawl away so killer loses you.

    I started playing killer a lot, so as a killer main l agree. Not only do you have to set it up, but you also have to be in a 24 meter range for it to work. Plus slugging is like a 20% chance of happening so this perk has a 20% chance to being good

    also this video is exactly correct. boon: exponential is just unbreakable/the occasional soul guard, but worse because it can very easily be taken away. even if you do slug for a bit, and it just so happens to be 24m away from a specific totem, and you just so happen to feel the need to slug at that exact moment, then it may get a little value if you leave them and go across the map. but wouldn’t an unbreakable be way better…? you’d just be able to use boon: exponential but at any location like survivors have been doing for years? it’s also a boon, like otz said survivors have to set it up first of all, and then the killer can just perform an action that takes like 3 frames to get rid of the effect. this boon is not a concern at all, unbreakable is better in any situation.

    Heck, I'm never gonna use this perk unless an archive forces me. Heals and Shadow Step are more than costly enough. I was enjoying using We'll Make It with We're Gonna Live Forever. Very rarely, I was able to get tunneled survivors off the ground I recently rescued even cuz I healed faster than they broke a pallet. Another game where they slugged 2/3 of my team after I rescued and were after the third other survivor. I rushed in, healed both of them back to full health before the killer got anywhere near us so I was able to hide my injured butt behind something while the killer chased them again.
    So even if they're not running those unbreakables and so on, there was my 200% heal speed. WGLF, WMI, Iron Will, Dead Hard.

    killers can hear boons, it is unlikely to obly use exponential, so they can see boon affected area with shadow step or if injured keep retreating there. Boon can be found and snuffed before you even get up OR they can just pick you up like normal

    Personality I think if you’re lucky enough to be in range were you Happen to be right next to an exit gate, then gg to tunnelling at endgame. One of the new metas I can guarantee to be played is the new boon perk, Soul guard and ds potentially with tenacity. But like I said, IF a totem is next to a exit gate

    Idea add a permanent tenacity effect whether or not your in the totems range so even if you're nowhere near the totem you can still stay more mobile than normal and potentially crawl all the way to the boon to pick yourself up If the killer leaves you on the ground for a while.

    My issue is the SWF possibilities. Yes that's a complaint about every game aspect but its even heavier here. A coordinated team with a flash or sabo could make picking up impossible and force a slug, and then put down exponential. Solo isn't that bad, as always, but the SWF will exploit this as much as they possibly can, that's what they do.

    I’m a switch player and don’t know about the newest characters in game yet but right now I feel like the best boon so far is circle of healing but still I don’t really believe we should rely so much on boons since it forces us to be at a certain point of the map and going in range is either at time waster or just not possible while in chase. I agree there are benefits and might clutch but since the new Hex release, boons will be more of a counter to it. My point being the only one you can rely on is yourself mostly in solo queue and totally agree with OTZ on this point to rely on actual perk like unbreakable and objects obviously.
    And so always nice to see your good work Otz you truly are a blessing to this community

    Honeslty, as long as the boon is not placed in a important area, their impact can be mitigated
    Specially if they haven't been set up before
    Tho mixing boon: exponential and circle of healing will be annoying sometimes
    What still annoys me is that they can be placed multiple times, instead of once or twice
    It will probably be more annoying In smaller maps or vertical maps like 'the game' , where the boon range takes a big area of the map

    He's not wrong. On the other hand however things with the Unbreakable effect usually have big draw backs:
    Unbreakable - once per game
    No mither - always injured
    Boon Exponential - is a boon
    Soul guard - has to be affected by a hex
    I think the restrictions for the boon are inline with the others. This may open to door to Tenacity being better but if people slug with Unbreakable in the game this wont slow down slugging

    The healing boon totem is waaaay stronger imho. Tested it out a bit yesterday and if you set it up in an area of the map where the gens are already done, but is still close to most places (like on Ormond, any corner of the map connects nicely to the middle), it is a HUGE time investment for the killer to go and find it. Survivors on the other hand can use it to quickly heal themselves multiple times, which makes it really worth the 1 slot in a team.

      "Exponential" doesnt feel too strong, hell, I rarely get use out of unbreakable. Putting more conditions over that just makes it bad.

    I think I said something similar to this. It's a 'strong enough' perk but it's not strong enough to replace unbreakable, and it's too redundant to run *with* unbreakable.
    It's only real "problem" is that it *could* be there and so you can't afford to slug too close to an active boon totem because it *is* reusable, unlike unbreakable.

    This will be situational, but will not be useless.
    Imagine:
    1. Two level map with boon being hidden on another floor. You can't snuff it easly, so you can't slug without effort to go to the other level and snuff the totem. During this time he can get up.
    2. Someone goes down near the palette. There is boon totem. The other survivor is nearby and can easly throw pallet. It is lose lose situation, you can't snuff totem, because the other surv will heal the downed one. You can't go after another survivor as the downed one will just get up pretty quickly.
    The first problem is the biggest one, boons are so op on some maps, like on midwhich or badham (badham's school is actually the worst scenario for the killer vs boon totems)

    Everyone is pogging off about self heal recovery speed, but I don't see anyone testing the anti-slugging recovery speed. Stack four boon exponentials, Unbreakable, and Soul Guard, and see if you can pick yourself up faster then the killer can. ((Though being able to stand up in the time it takes for the killer to recover from a flashlight blind would be acceptable too))

    Exponential alone wont be enough. Killers will be able to hear a boon in range when they down someone and will go and snuff before carrying on slugging, or will go back to the slugged guy if they hear a boon notification. The only thing that can help would be tenacity, which even then is dedicating 2 perk slots to a silly anti-slugging build. Just like with the other boons, this will be a lot more effective on SWFs, while being kinda average to underaverage on solos

    It matters a lot otz if it wasn’t a boon, okay that’s different. But it is a boon. It gives 3 other players the ability to have unbreakable that’s its strongest aspect, what if there’s a point whether you can slug, or carry the survivor to the hook but carrying that survivor will loose you the game? Boon exponential makes it a lose lose if the placement is good which is most likely a lot cause survivors can pick not to mention 4 can be up on the same map if everyone wants to sacrifice a perk slot and on top of that exponential stacks on itself. You can either have 1 person run boons and it frees up 3 perks basically for others if they don’t run them or you can run a full team of boons and be just as strong. Boons are basically turning survivor closer and closer to just an easy mode in the game because either way you win. The maps are so bad that someone can loop you and even if they’re bad or have bad loops if the map is too big a survivor can just set up a boon without worry without drawbacks because honestly the 12 or however many seconds it takes to boon is not really much of a problem with these god tier effects. With every new boon it limits the way the killer can play the game, and makes it easier to lose, for every survivor that could’ve been slugged and you won a game cause of it, now there’s 2 more where you lose cause you waste time carrying someone to a hook putting them on and having a survivor unhook in front of you with bt and the unhooked with decisive. Tunneling has to be done at this point for the casual to above average players cause most survivors run the meta anyways.
    It’s ridiculous how bad the games balancing is to the point where it’s a joke, from 2 of the killers perks being poorly designed. The hex is so useless at this point cause of boons rewarding people for not taking out totems, and the other one that’s closes all gens after four hooks is going to be extremely difficult if there’s even one good looper or someone’s on a good map.
    2 of the survivor perks are ridiculously strong, the exhaustion perk is probably the second best or arguably tied with deadhard and promotes hold w a boring playstyle and the other takes away options for killer while adding another perk to survivors that don’t have it. Such a terrible game sadly with an amazing concept and licenses squandered by no care of the higher ups in the company and some of the teams below. All what behavior cares about is money honestly some to a lot of the team doesn’t give a fuck about the player base and it’s pathetic.

    Somewhat new to the game but, the Unbreakable power afforded to everyone is huge against sluggers isn't it? In a lot of my games I am seeing more and more boon totems lite up in all four corners of the map which pretty much cover the entire area (okay maybe not Red Forest xD). In every game, at least one player is running around setting up boons and I know when exponential comes out I am going to equip that plus shadow and healing. When I play killer I cant tell you how many times I have lost a survivor due to shadow and he is near me with Iron Will healing with a boon. So the power to get yourself up as a survivor, run away with no scratch marks and heal is game changing imo for the sluggers of the world. Correct me if I am wrong, Unbreakable is a one time use thing where exponential is good until the Boon is broken and in games with good survivors at high MMR I usually do not have the time to go around finding all the boons lit up. So how again is it not game changing if even one survivors is equipped with all three of the best boons,, I am honestly asking?

    Hey Otz, I had a great idea, what if you combined Pentimento with Ruin? Pentimento can Slow down Gen repairs by 30% and You can use ruin to regress gens by 200% speed.
