Your hair is stunning!!!! Because of you, i try to moisturize and seal my hair. I would also love to know your hair growth smoothie recipies!! Big fan of your work! Have a great Sunday!💕
One of my tips that help me is washing my hair every two weeks acv between washes with my sewn ins then oil my scalp keep it in for a couple of months just repeat process. also notice my hair grows faster when braided in a circle
thank you so much for these tips. I recently had braids in and at first, I thought my hair broke off but it actually grew a little more from having the braids in and i usually use heat to dry my hair but this week I decided to air dry my hair. this is my second week of air drying my hair and I'm gonna continue to keep air drying. cutting off spilt-ends and exercising might be the hardest but I'm committed to growing my hair long and healthy. thank you so much for all these tips. 💞
I’m doing your air dry technique. I’m struggling with trimming ends😩😩😩. That was for me. After Alopecia I’m trying gold on to this length. But I’ll trim
Thank you for your video...loving the hair and trying to grow mine past my shoulders however I have a long neck but I braid my hair at night with a satin cap over my hair so it stays all in one place x
if you want to go into more detail talk about the different types of protein. talk about whose hair needs certain types of protein . talk about the benefits of a protein conditioner versus a moisturizing conditioner.
I have started deep conditioning my hair and stretching out my relaxer using protective braiding styles. I enjoy your videos. I find it hard b.c to keep moisture in my hair when its braided. Any suggestions.
I’ve only had braids twice but I made up a moisturising spray to use on my hair. You can add your favourite moisturiser and water to a spray bottle with some oils and spray directly on your hair x
I loses my edges when I relax my hair. the last time I straighten my hair was October 18. my edges is coming back. but I am afraid to straighten my hair. can you advised me.
She said to stretch your relaxer. Try going longer between relaxers. She stated 2 or 3 in a year is good. Also make your edges the last you do using a buffer of some type of oil (castor oil) on edges then relaxer. I hope this helps.
Officially Lizzie use a hard protein treatment and then a good moisturising deep conditioner. After the hard protein, alternate light/ medium protein treatments, and moisturising conditioners on your subsequent wash days. ALWAYS DEEP CONDITION. Try and get you a leave in product for restructuring your hair and porosity Control. Baby your hair like your life depends on it. Just give it some TLC and you’ll be able to work with it.
My hair absorbs the moisture, so no it doesn’t get oily or greasy unless I’m using a heavy moisturiser. If your hair gets weighed down easily then you wouldn’t need to moisturise as frequently. I shampoo once a week x
Healthy Hair Junkie ahhh thankyou!! I wash my hair every 2 weeks but if I were to moisturise and seal after the first day I’d need to wear my hair up all day every day 😂
Do you wash your hair after every workout? My hair gets wet from sweat after workouts. I have bee co washing. What should I be doing? I work out 3xs a week.
@@HealthyHairJunkie thank you cause everybody is saying that it makes your hair softer but I'll dang near kill UA-cam if my hair keep falling out I need help I don't wanna be natural I want my relax hair to stop falling out and I don't really know what else to do other than braids and I'm so sick and tired of braids what do I do ?

Am targeting bra strap length this year.
One of the tip am going to implement is avoiding too much heat and moisturising the hair.
Thats my goal this year and healthy hair i hope i will get there
I never use heat unless I'm getting a blowout at a salon and that's maybe once a year
Omg yesssss. Tights! But we used to use hair grease and it was flourishing regardless😂
Lol I used to always use a stocking...praises for GROWTH....these are some excellent tips!
Thank God I’m not alone 😂😂
My favorite low manipulation style is air dry air flexible rod set. I do that twice a month and the other indirect heat styles.
Tiffani B i do weekly air flexible rods

As I fall asleep with nylon tights on my head...😂
Girl!! We need to upgrade 😂
Sis!!
Hi my major concern is determining when do i go protein or moisture not sure and the difference between the two

I went to get a salon relaxer and the lady left it on for too long and now it’s over processed. What do I do?

ElleCertified thank you so much this helps a lot
Couldn’t have said it better myself!
If you moisturise and seal your hair daily or every other day, doesn’t it get very greasy and oily? If so do you wash your hair very often?
My hair absorbs the moisture, so no it doesn’t get oily or greasy unless I’m using a heavy moisturiser. If your hair gets weighed down easily then you wouldn’t need to moisturise as frequently. I shampoo once a week x
Healthy Hair Junkie ahhh thankyou!! I wash my hair every 2 weeks but if I were to moisturise and seal after the first day I’d need to wear my hair up all day every day 😂
I mostly wear my hair up anyway but I know what you mean! I don't moisturse as much if I'm wearing it straight x
my current shampoo contains sulphate sodium salt and sulphate salt. how often do you recommend I should use it?
I would only use a shampoo with sulphate once every 4-6 weeks if you really think it's necessary x
What do you wear/how do you wear your hair when you workout?
It’s usually up in a bun or in two cornrows ready for a braidout x
Healthy Hair Junkie thank you!
@@HealthyHairJunkie if you don't mind can you do a video/show us after a workout?
Miss906 hey, what exactly did you want to see in the video?? x
Do you wash your hair after every workout? My hair gets wet from sweat after workouts. I have bee co washing. What should I be doing? I work out 3xs a week.
iam new to your channel so what kind of smoothies do you drink for your relax hair
Do you suggest the rice water challenge?
I've never tried it or done any research on it so I wouldn't personally recommend it x

Per my understanding we need to trim every relaxer. Am I correct? Thank you.
My stylist recommends every relaxer. If you relax frequently then you can trim with every other relaxer x
what do you use to moisturize?
Wow you have beautiful hair
HI. Does trimming the hair have to be after relaxer, like same day? Anyone is free to answer
Great advice! Would you do a make up routine one day? Luv this look
Thanks! I’m no makeup guru but I’ll try x
How often do you relax your hair?
Every 14-16 weeks x
What's TLC
Silena Tasha tender loving care
How often should we trim the ends?
My stylist recommends trimming with every relaxer but if you stretch longer than 3 months then you’ll need one in between then x
What an awesome video..and you're so beautiful!!!
Them inches. 😍
What are some good smoothies for your hair
