    thank you so much for these tips. I recently had braids in and at first, I thought my hair broke off but it actually grew a little more from having the braids in and i usually use heat to dry my hair but this week I decided to air dry my hair. this is my second week of air drying my hair and I'm gonna continue to keep air drying.
    cutting off spilt-ends and exercising might be the hardest but I'm committed to growing my hair long and healthy.
    thank you so much for all these tips. 💞

      She said to stretch your relaxer. Try going longer between relaxers. She stated 2 or 3 in a year is good. Also make your edges the last you do using a buffer of some type of oil (castor oil) on edges then relaxer. I hope this helps.

    • @ECRT1
      @ECRT1 5 років тому +2

      Officially Lizzie use a hard protein treatment and then a good moisturising deep conditioner. After the hard protein, alternate light/ medium protein treatments, and moisturising conditioners on your subsequent wash days. ALWAYS DEEP CONDITION. Try and get you a leave in product for restructuring your hair and porosity Control. Baby your hair like your life depends on it. Just give it some TLC and you’ll be able to work with it.

    If you moisturise and seal your hair daily or every other day, doesn’t it get very greasy and oily? If so do you wash your hair very often?

    • @HealthyHairJunkie
      @HealthyHairJunkie  5 років тому

      My hair absorbs the moisture, so no it doesn’t get oily or greasy unless I’m using a heavy moisturiser. If your hair gets weighed down easily then you wouldn’t need to moisturise as frequently. I shampoo once a week x
