This is my mother's favorite show she's 79 years old, and she served 2 tours in Vietnam, a flight nurse in Airforce, and i watch Airwolf with her every chance i get!
If you dont count season 4 as canon (I dont), I would not even put it past the FIRM to have St. John already stateside in some kind of rehab facility. Helping him to recover from his time as a POW but keeping String in the dark about it so he would keep flying.
It was one of my favorite shows I loved Ernest Borgnine he was my favorite move star and will be missed one day we all will be in the next world Stringfellow Hawke is with him now both was grate togather
@@mariaperez-cuatzilo7864 Yet I don't understand why Michael was sitting in the front seat here, instead of in the back, where the engineer normally sits (like he did in "To Snare a Wolf".
I thought they were 20 millimeter and .50 BMG chain guns on Airwolf. The Apache helicopters have a 30 millimeter chain gun cannons on them from what I read. But I agree. Even if they were only 20 millimeter chain guns it would rip those helicopters apart. But hey, it's a television show so I am not going to be too hard on it. I still think many episodes were well written.
@@liberty4392 I've theorized that there are two ways chain guns can down enemy aircraft: 1., They can disable the craft, causing it to crash, or 2., they can rupture the fuel tank, causing the latter to explode.
@@AirwolfArchive Because a lot of people just don't know that. There are similar issues in the UK. Some UA-cam uploaders put up programmes which seem to be badly edited or have people talking like they are on helium and claim that it is because of copyright issues. Including an explanation in the introduction might help.
This episode had San Francisco's Chinatown featured prior to Hawke taking to Lia in an alley. Apaprently an affluent Vietnamese town didn't exist anywhere along the coast?

God bless your mother and her service to this country. Long live the Lady.
When the visor comes down game over!
RIP Jan-Michael Vincent and Ernest Borgnine. Sleep tight up in heaven. Love you both and miss you both forever.
I still say the firm always knew where Sinjin was they just used String to to fly all the missions because nobody else could have pulled it off.

Now that’s a definite statement! When it comes to the government, they’ll use everyone and anyone to do their dirty work!
I'm sorry to say this but as soon as String fellow Hawke pulls his visor down, your toast 🍞🚁
Why are you sorry? It's fact! 🌬️🐺
That Airwolf Battle Copter Is Spectacular!
Isn't it amazing, that Tran and his associate were so focused on the Van, they completely ignored Airwolf?

You are right. 🎉❤🎉
Fly high up in heaven with Dom and The Lady, String. RIP Jan-Michael Vincent.
RIP: Jan-Michael Vincent, Ernest Borgnine, And Alex Cord
I love happy endings for hawk and dom
I still wonder when Michael was not in the back seat, monitoring things, like "Bite of the Jackal".
Nope he is not.
One of the very few times that Michael gets into Airwolf with Hawke.
Michael was also in to snare a wolf when Dom had to fly to Mexico

TFW 30mm and 40mm chainguns have seemingly no effect on a helicopter's airframe 'just because'.
They did the first one
