Dude, you can lose weight without keto. The thing is some people lose way better using those methods you mentioned. Your logic is skewed. Just because someone loses an incredible amount of weight using calorie restriction that doesn’t mean all other methods are wrong. I personally have lost over 300lbs using keto eating at least double the calories I ate gaining weight. So using your logic calorie restriction is wrong.
