What a wholesome conversation So much wisdom & knowledge I like human the way she asks question so responsibly & with so much good knowledge on topic But only 1 thing I want to add All people are talk about mental health & seeking help but why we are not making easy access to people for therapist All the therapist or website I check is charging like….like impossible for even a middle class Now when I check attached website My full fees is as follows: • Individual (50 minutes) 6000 • Couples (60 minutes) 8000 For overseas • Individual ( 50 minutes) $50 • Couple (60 minutes) $60 So you think middle class people can afford this I don’t think so Then why are we are not making therapist reachable to common (amm admi) people?
Truly loved every minute of it. The choice of words that Ms Zara used in explaining just clicked so well, just like pieces of jigsaw puzzle falling in place. Would love to hear more from her on other topics too. A great great session!
Simply wow! Just halfway through the podcast, it's so informative and full of awareness. We all think of therapy and hear about it somewhere, sometimes want to take it but don't know about all the insights. But listening to a psychotherapist about all these terms is so eye-opening. I just loved this whole conversation.
