The thing is did you ask any Black, LGBTQ+ content creators what you should do?...Did you reach out? Why are none of them tagged on channels to check out? Why is this not a collab? I understand you are trying to do the right thing, but you have to do more....the racial divide in the lesbian community on youtube is soooooo obvious, and I am just not seeing a whole lot of effort to change that by any white creators besides a black box here or a "I'll donate now" because all of this is going on sort of thing. Jade Fox says everything we are thinking in her video ....it's not meant to go after the white lesbian community or demean them , but she is asking for more from y'all and I hope you answer with everyday action from here on out and not just some donation here on this one video and that's it until the next movement . BE THE CHANGE!!

I literally sent this to my entire class because I feel like not enough people are doing enough about the current social issues. Acknowledging these problems aren’t enough, you can’t just wait for things to improve but rather you should be part of those who take action and try to make a difference. Racism is a worldwide problem so you can’t ignore it just because you’d like believe it’s not happening in your country. Adults argue that I’m too young to meddle with these problems but you honestly can’t blame for wanting chance. I can’t stand injustice and I wouldn’t want my future children or anybody else in this world to be treated differently just because of who they are. I applaud to everyone who uses their platform to promote equality and positivity despite what other people may think but just remember that change starts with you and that silence is violence.

that's just my skin tone. It's really hard for me to not tan. I tan extremely easily. I constantly wear sunscreen but being outside helps me mentally and living in SOCAL it is constantly sunny here. I by no means attempt to make myself darker than I naturally am.

I have a question for Cammie or just anyone who has helpful advice. How do you fully embrace your sexuality without coming out to anyone, especially family?
I think it’s all about working out your feelings about your sexuality and accepting those feelings no matter what. If something about it makes you upset or uncomfortable, ask yourself why (to help get to the root of your feelings). But I think you can only “fully embrace” it so far without coming out to anyone. I see the coming out process as another stepping stone on your journey to the ultimate version of yourself and who you’re supposed to be! I hope this helped! ☺️
@@ariannawestley I second everything you said, Arianna! Also I love seeing you guys helping each other out my gosh it makes my heart explode. I agree that coming out is a big step bc it shows you that you are who you are and owning who you are regardless of what anyone elses opinion is. However, this is not always easy to do with family if you are in an unsafe environment. Focus on being able to fully be yourself around others. Friends, siblings, cousin, mentors, etc. Start with people you feel safe around. It can be extremely difficult to accept yourself when you feel the need to constantly hide parts of yourself from everyone.
