I have never heard of this girl before , but her voice is unique in her own special way .. I knew I was going to like this one as soon as I heard that piano . Yep I love the beautiful sound of a piano ..

Her pop-music is a kind of different from the mainstream and sometimes it needs several listenings. She has released two EP’s and the debut album Suckerpunch in 2019. (nr 4 on UK charts) Her second album «How to let go» were released the 6’ of may 2022. (Nr.2 on UK charts). What is interesting is that she released «up-closed/acoustic» versions of the whole new album the 4’ of nov. 2022. So, so good!
Sigrid (25 - norwegian) won the BBC sound of 2018 (synth-pop!). Other winners from the past: Adele, 50 cent, Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding... She is the first artist outside UK and America to win the award. Her songs can be vulnerable and an explosion of feelings. Her concerts are known for «feeling good vibes» and energy on the stage. Her music is empowering, and she is just being herself….in jeans most of the time!
(Funfact:
US: Sigrid scores her first No. 1 on Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart with "Mirror". She was very surprised!)

Bad Life
A chocking collab with Sigrid (pop-singer) and the worldknown metal band Bring me the horizon (BMTH). The video is very creativ and fantastic and it’s followed with a acoustic version with Sigrid at the piano. Beautiful! BMTH invited Sigrid to collab, they wrote the song with some input from Sigrid ofcourse. Some reactors say that this song will save lives!
You should absolutely look up the scene behind the performance. Very interesting and you will see how this collab took place. You can see it for yourself!

This song started it all - it is awesome! Kind of the same theme as this one but with more attitude.
I agree with all the other recommentations here but please do this next. I’m a big fan from the very start but regulaty to go back to this one - to the beginning.
Since she is performance live in the studio you’ll get an idea how she is live - full of energy, with her own style of moving and dancing, and with her typical clothing (jeans and T-shorts).
Her voice feels like a perfect blend of Norah Jones and Adele. Such a beautiful quality!

I did not even know that you were lead onto Sigrid! She is one of our "secret weapons" that is well known within the borders,but through social medias (youtube included) she has gained a pretty huge international following too. When you come back from everything you have to sort out IRL,then i would recommend for you to see her sassy,playful side: Sigrid - Sucker Punch. Potentially her most viewed video till date,at least 1 of the most viewed with over 14million views. Sigrid was barely out of her teens when she released this song,so its EARLY Sigrid and she will make you smile alot,and maybe even laugh abit. And the song will defintly catch your ear,and get stuck in your mind for the rest of the day.
EDIT: I forgot about Strangers with its 60 million (LOL),but like i said,Suckerpunch is one of her most viewed regardless.

you just discovered sigrid,the best female artist in norway now,believe it or not,because she wrote all her songs,big star in europe,VERY popular on stage,many great songs,her first written song is dont kill my vibe..so good,very few covers,and total different style of music as Angelina Jordan,but still the best female artist in norway now,and i am a big sigrid fan,a bit underrated as a great artist,follow her for many years...so good,listen to her consert in manchester live,you will see,four years ago

Sorry to be a bit late, but the sound of her recoding in this video is sooooo bad. Combinded with a reaction of a voice / sound is unfortunate. Sigrid is so good, but can't listen to this. :(
