4 months ago I was at a depressing state in my life. I have just moved into university and got very pessimistic over my future. And I was eating unhealthily too. You, Gennaro and Jamie Oliver changed my life. I don't know how it happened, but when I saw your videos I wanted to cook passionately too. I got so excited thinking about what to cook everyday, and I started grating my own cheese (would never have done that if not for Food Tube). Thank you, Gennaro and Jamie, my life is much more meaningful ever since I've come across this wonderful Food Tube. And I now cook for my friends as a sign of love too :)

The good thing when coocking is that for that momment nothing more matters, sure there will be bills to pay and finals to study for, but there are more in life than just that. Showing other how importart they are to you is just priceless

Anyone knows the subsitute for the pancetta (bacon),and also the subsitute for wine.I don't eat bacon and I don't take alcohol. Really appreciate your help
So for red wine you can substitute either red wine vinegar or a stock like beef or chicken. The red wine vinegar is more acidic than the stock however both are fine for deglazing the pan. Take care not to add much salt if you are using broth however, as most broth is already salted. For bacon you can really substitute small cubes of chicken thigh and cook them in paprika for the smoky taste of bacon. I don't think anything has the exact same texture of bacon but that doesn't mean the dish won't be good.

Ehm, he says good wine. I tasted many different wines and can honestly say price tag is not relevant indicator of quality. Its all up to your preference.
planting tomatoes is not hard and they are so much better than stores. Or go to a farmers market near you. The ones in the stores are not ripened on the vine and they are not that sweet.
