I’ve always admired the fact that Gennaro is so simple and rustic with his cooking. Doesn’t have to finely mince the garlic, doesn’t doctor up the fish just throws the whole thing in the pan, leaves the stems on the tomatoes and seeds with the chilli when he tosses them in. Really embodies the brilliance of Italian cuisine which is the sheer simplicity. Few ingredients, always fresh.
I just did the recipe this morning and was amazed it tasted so good!!! used coriander since the flat leaf parsley is hardly available here in Manila...so simple and so good! My mother in law was impressed!

Actually, I just did it. Really so simple, and tasty. The sauce - OMG. Wonderful. One more amazing thing is parley when you put in the pieces, not cut. Wonderful, simple recipe. love it.

I made this recipe with sea bass and it was delicious. I didnt expect it would be so good. I squeezed some lemon, added thyme and coriander on the fish, and let it sit for like 30mins to marinate, before i fried it with the chilli and the tomatoes. Super nice, i will make this again XD

Fantastic, the most common predatory fish in Adriatic and Mediterranean, I usually cook it on wood (grape wood) barbecue, but this is delicious recipe!!! Thanks Mr. Contaldo!!
