Thank you for the video. I needed to see the bottom of the fuse block. Saved my the trouble of removing it. I screwed up the block of a 2014 malibu by probing the connections for the trunk, the probe was slightly larger than the relay connection and now the relay flops around since the contacts must have gotten bent out. I wanted to see if I could bend them back from the bottom but that is not possible after looking at your video.
Amazing video! Very clear and concise I have a short in my 2013 Malibu car, I put the lamp tester to the negative battery post and the other end I put it to the negative terminal disconnected and the tester light turns on, I have already removed all the fuses, relays, micro fuses, disconnected TCM, ECM, BCM and the light does not turn off, above the battery, it has a module with fuses, where is indicated cable 1 or X1, I disconnect only that one, and leave the others with electricity and the short ends, but I can't find what feeds that cable, you will know, please can you help me with advice or what should I do can you help me with some advice, it is a 2013 Malibu car. Greetings in advance
A Zzz I think from what I know and have experience with is the blade contacts for the fuse have over heated and caused the plastic internally to allow it to Short out by touching the other connections in the fuse block area.
Good video thank you foe letting us know that we don't need to reprogram it because when I purchased it they said that I had to thanks Brother

Is it that same for 2010 3.6 Malibu as far as removal and programming portion not required? Good video!
I think this is the same for 2016 colorado?
Yeah I’ll put Ken nothing what are you guys think it is new starter
What was wrong with the fuse box that you changed?
It's shorting out and keep on blowing a fuse
They kept on shorting out kept on blowing what fuse in the engine compartment right side in the car compartment and was it you put the key in no start
