I read *The Kang Dynasty* recently and really enjoyed it. New to collecting/reading so there was alot of the characters had existing story arcs which i knew nothing about. Tempted to grab the two Avenger volumes to hopefully fully flush the story out.
Going by the TPB and what we saw with the MCU adaptation of the same title, I don't believe it was the same story they were going with.
@@allanaruba It definitely wasn't. From the small snapshot we got of whatever the heck Quantumania became, it definitely seemed like we weren't going in a direction for the synopsis of the story.
But as per the usual, Busiek's one of my favorites and go-to's, so he's got me on checking it out for name alone.
Excellent list Dom! Since you gushed about Immonen, if you haven't already checked out Nextwave: Agents of Hate by Marvel, you should. It's where I feel Immonen took his art to the next level. Ellis is the writer. Hopefully one day, we'll get an OHC or Gallery edition of it. One other book I would also recommend for this month would be Ghost Rider: Danny Ketch which was a great run of Ghost Rider from the early 90s. A lot of fun!

Thank you Dom! Great countdown. My two picks are on your list, Ultimate Spider-Man and All-Star Batman. That's so cool that Remender's Uncanny Avengers got you interested in Kang. Same with me! I had always thought he was silly and stupid. That run really showcased how dangerous and methodical he actually is. That is one of my favorite villain plans of all time. @@nathanwalters4867 Samesies on all fronts! I guess that Kang itch piqued my interest for UncAv. Hopefully, I enjoy Kang Dynasty just as much as others have.
So many awesome books here that I need to get! I particularly need to pick up Ultimate Spider-Man omnibus vols 3 and 4, I'm very excited to when I can.

@@DomofXStudio Yeah I really enjoyed Vols 1 and 2 but didn't pick up 3 when it came out, so need to go back for that.
Can someone educate me and explain why it is called the "Triangle" era of Superman? Was that the name of a main story arc or was his Superman logo a triangle or...my guess...Superman learned to play the triangle during this time and got really good at it?
The cover to each book in that era had a triangle with a number on it to show what order you read it with the other superman books
