I love most of these meals because I am on weight watchers and they have the points listed for each meal. They used to have more desserts and they were good.

Thanks for your honesty. I stopped buying stuff like this while back. Took the time to cook from scratch now and portion out and freeze. Make these items without excess sodium and chemical aftertaste. I check the frozen aisle every few months to see what's new and then try making it myself. Less expensive too. Like your approach and info.
Thanks for the comment! Cooking is pretty much always the best option across the board. For people in different situations where they have to rely on other options, I look forward to exploring what's at the grocery more.
@@mealbeforeme I should also mention that on my road trips do buy frozen meals with a salad kit. Most places have a microwave. Being on a budget does not allow eating in restaurants very often. Glad you are providing info on these products as so many for a variety of reasons do need to use these meals.
