I beat it a few hours ago and I think the key comes down to getting the batteries in as quick as possible (otherwise the teleporting guys spawn in) and then playing safe after that phase is over since you aren't on a time limit. Seems like all the characters have their strengths and weaknesses so it doesn't really matter what support and tank you run. My team had a mercy instead of brig and it works out just as well (and rein has his benefits too of being better great at booping, and crowd control)

Xbox too, everytime I try to use my blasts as an offense my teammates either walk into my blast or they just shoot at the one's in the blastzone and leave the other enemy groups that wouldn't have been blasted lol
