I have mentioned before that I receive my hearing aids from the V.A. They dispense the highest grade in the brand chosen but do not follow all your best practices. I believe this is two fold in that not all the equipment is available and there may be a lack of knowledge. Other factors include budget considerations, help turn over, and volume of veterans needing help. On the plus side, noone has ever been rude to me or not be helpful.

I also have Phonak P-90s from the VA that I have had several problems with. My Phonak M-90s Even though they are a generation older seemingly worked better with less problems.

I'm happy to hear Phonak made significant changes to the rechargeable batteries inside the Lumity because I had tons of issues with the rechargeable batteries inside the Paradise.
I am glad they do the redicilous amount of testing because the Paradise hearing aid was a failure to me because I had tons of issues not just with battery life.

The question still remains to be addressed by Dr. Cliff, how Costco latest Jabra 20 Pro compares to Resound technology highest level 2022 Omnia 9 and 2023 Nexia.
And in addition how Costco dispenser testing compares to highest lever audiologist best practices testing outside Costco along with the fitting compares for these programmable hearing aids? Maybe this UA-cam channel can address these questions in helping the general public not only to save some dollars but get the best hearing aids fitting.
