Actually, they did release THE VANISHING on Blu-ray. Twilight Time released it in the US. GO (1999) was also released on Blu-ray in the US and in Hong Kong. Still available too as I bought it last year. Great video!
Many TV series also did not get released or only partially released. A bud of mine was looking to get the last season of Salem but it's only released in Australia? First two seasons in North America but no third season and no boxset? Who comes up with these ideas?

The Golden Child is on Blu Ray in America.

Paramount Present line in US, UK release was 2020 on HMV then in 2023 got a standard release
No 4K yet
Almost 99% of my movies are on DVD 📀 only
I still have over 800 movies on DVD .
Slowly upgrade my favourites to 4k or Blu Ray depending on price on sale
