Overall, they did a very good job in this video! The technique was explained and performed very well and it was easy to understand. I would suggest that they explain a little more at the beginning what MLD is and what you are trying to accomplish with MLD. I would also suggest they talk about the indications/contraindications for MLD. Also, explain that this is not like Swedish massage in that it is very gentle strokes and not digging into the muscle and that you are moving proximal to distal.
