You don't dogfight in warthunder. Dogfighting is cancer cause broken flight models. And if you're playing realistic battles there won't be any name tag over an enemy. Far range recognition is decent enough to see an enemy and boom&zoom em.

Just tried it on the RX 480 on medium. Seemed to spend most of its time in reprojection but other than that it was a very smooth experience. Much better than DCS which is basically unplayable on my rig.
I like the video, I know it is arcade mode tho because simulator mode in war thunder don't have such map, and its probably a replay playback with removed HUD, but you can still enjoy the roller coaster ride using HTC Vive, I'm looking for a gameplay with webcam exactly like this one in simulator mode cause I play it and I play it with keyboard and mouse.

It renders the games at a higher resolution. Incredibly demanding on your gpu but makes games look amazing. If you want to enable it google is your friend.
VR on the PC isn't exactly consumer friendly. Most games require you to fiddle with "strange" settings. I pretty much change Steam VR settings with each game I play. Luckily there are programs that can switch settings for you once you figure out which ones work best for you. But yeah, the vive and Oculus has very low resolution in the end anyway, that's not exactly a secret (it's right there on the package, how much lower than your monitor it is).
Ha ha, well, sadly that won't help me. I have no optical defects, just my brain that doesn't give a ... about my left eye. I'm just simple "3D impaired" and I have to live with that... Could be way worse, so I'm not complaining, just hoping for higher resolutions asap.

I have a GTX 970 with the HTC VIVE, it runs. You won't be able to do highest detail but it still works fine and is a great experience. Not to mention my CPU is incredibly old, a first gen i7 920. Get the Vive if you can, and just know that eventually you should update your GPU. Just to clarify, though, I haven't tried this game yet.
I would have to disagree ive always been intrigued by the 410. Real the Germans did some interesting things to this strike fighter. It did not do well as day fighter but I believe they had some success at night with it. I remember reading that it had really strange flight characteristics that really had to have the pilot's full focus. I always thought the design as dope though
look at the inclinometer. skid all the time. in the real flight, he would not live long. This is the difference between flying in the game and flying in reality.
Nations would have paid billions for this technology to train pilots back in ww2
yup only VR can enjoy this sort of game. now you need a seat with hydraulics so you can enjoy the moves of the plane too

Didn't see any missed frames. Any reprojection kicking in on the 980Ti? Going to try this on an RX 480.
980 Ti with "no reprojection" - only medium details (shadow low).
