    Guys I've got a grenadine recipe that is better than Tipsy's, as it lasts longer and has more flavor. He used a hot process, this one uses a cold process.
    In a cocktail shaker, put 1 cup pomegranate juice and 1 cup sugar. Add a barspoon of everclear (for preservation) and a few small mandarin peels. Shake it good until all sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). This will last for 2-3 months in a sealed bottle in the fridge.

      If you add just a bit of vodka (I tend to use about 1 oz for a 26-ish oz fifth sized bottle), the first three will last for months in the fridge. No idea on the cream of coconut, though.

      Cream of coconut does not last long. Even in our bar fridges it's only really good for the first three days. After that it needs to be thrown out. It usually turns dark brown pretty fast so that's how we know to toss it. I'd be just as cautious with it as I am with regular milk since the sweetened condensed milk is inside. For the others, yeah what he said! Add a little vodka and they last forever. We make our own sweet and sour at my job and it tastes so good we're always squeezing away lol

    Could you expand on the Cream of coconut?
    What is coconut milk? Store bought or straight from the fruit.
    What is condenced milk? Do you make that yourself, or buy it? Don't think we have this in store in Scandinavia..

      Øyvind Lorentsen both come in cans (at least they do here in the UK)

    • @laughingalltheway8399
      @laughingalltheway8399 6 років тому +3

      We can get both in cans (and sometimes bottles) here in the US, but they can be made with a bit of effort, and I'm sure there are instructions online.
      Coconut milk is made by grinding up the flesh of a coconut, soaking it in warm water, and then squeezing out all of the liquid.
      Sweetened condensed milk is just as it sounds. Milk mixed with sugar that has been simmered and reduced (condensed) down to thick syrup consistency.

    • @TheDevilDarling
      @TheDevilDarling 6 років тому +2

      Øyvind Lorentsen coconut milk is the coconut flesh blended and strained until its smooth. You can buy it in a can or a carton. Coconut water is what comes directly from a fresh coconut, not milk.

    Y'all do know that your measuring dry ingredients in a wet ingredients measuring cup...1 cup of sugar is not the same in a dry measuring cup than it is in a wet measuring cup IJS so your mixes are probably overly sweetened

    You have already done that. The problem with this format is that you make one video per day and in the old format you did one per week. So now you are just doing the same because there are no more ideas. It's just my opinion but you said that you would try to make some videos with the old format. What happened with that
