I've seen a video of this drink done by a French bartender, and I'd swear that she was using Pernod to create the green colors since it causes OJ to turn green. She also was using a stainless steep ice scoop to speed up the layering deep into the mix cup. Any other recipes using other liquor/ingredient combinations?

A tip, in case is doesn't work for you and you get mostly brown colors, that's because your blue is dropping too fast. It also depends on orange juice, but what you wanna do yo avoid that, pour the blue ON and THROUGHT the strainer and then pour in yhe glasses. Works much better as it doesn't mix as quickly
I have a violet sweet pea water. I was thinking of mixing it with the blue curaçao so it’s less dense? Do you think that would work?? Is their a substitute for the sweet & sour like pineapple maybe?

This is amazing!!! I am bartending a Christmas party next weekend, it would be awesome if I could pull this one out....or even if at a job interview if they ask you to make a specialty drink (which I would totally do if I was a hiring manager for bartenders). Definitely a crowd pleaser! Thank you!
