@@MrBonebus it's not like they had to be up on his car in this situation they could've just blocked him off by blocking the lanes with their cars rather than failing to spike him over and over. Traffic would've gotten blocked too but it would've been dangerous either way if the guy was armed.
@@xistam I can't agree with you, there are a lot of chases where guy is dangerous and they do shit to stop him but here they do the best possible tactic. Guy drives slowly and carefully, probably doesn't really know what to do and probably brainstorming some tactic but before he will find something he doesn't want more charges other than just avoiding arrest. If he doesn't make threat to others then police being agressive will just make things worse.
I think the suspect was searching for a hospital in the first place and since he is from boston he did not know where to go and did not stop for police because he may be scared that he gets no treatment.
In CA the officers are kind of handcuffed so long as the vehicle isnt causing a threat to the community and they wont push it until they believe hes a threat. They will just follow until fuel is an issue
