1974 Sears Gamefisher Eska 15hp Tecumseh antique outboard AOMCI SOLD

This engine surprised me. I failed to mention that it has a crankshaft rotary valve instead of reeds and the timing advance is achieved by a rotor mounted under the flywheel with centrifugal weights that fly out at higher rpm, advancing the rotor, and retract with springs at lower rpm. There’s a pickup on the mag plate that the rotor passes to trigger it.
The squeak at 1:00 is my wet shoe slipping on the floor of the boat as I turned around.
