Never seen homemade corn dogs made before, they look delicious!

1 c yellow corn meal,1 c all purpose flour,1/4 c white sugar,4 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper,1c hole milk,1 beaten egg,1 quart for frying 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
