Very nice little carbine, great looking. I’m just happy that we got to see it for a few seconds without your freaking can hanging off the end of it breaking up it’s clean and simple lines.
I ordered the Sig mag well for mine, initially, and had nothing but issues with it. Jam-o-matic is the term I use. I was looking to make a trade of one of my other handguns to get a Glock handgun anyways so my issues with the Homesteader sort of accelerated that decision. I swapped my Sig SP2022 with a G47 and ordered several mags from Magpul. I took the Homesteader with the Glock mag well to the range today, put 300+ rds through it and it runs flawlessly now. I guess there's a reason most of the reviews for this firearm are with the Glock mag well. Maybe someone out there had a positive result with the Sig/S&W mag well but from my experience, don't waste your time. Even if you don't own a Glock but want this firearm, get some Glock mags as they're pretty affordable anyways, the Magpul Glock mags even more so.
There are plenty of barrel-clamp light mounts; you wouldn't have to drill into the handguard to mount a light. Functionally it will do everything a "tactical" PCC will do but with a bit of added panache. "Tactical" is a mindset, not a piece of equipment. I doubt many people who already own a PCC are going to run out and buy this one but for someone who's been toying with the idea it might be just the ticket.
How many turns of the aperture did it take to zero at 25 yards ? Meaning : if the aperture was at the very bottom, basically touching the barrel , how many 1/2 rotations or full rotations for zero at 25 yards ? Thanks.
Just watched one of these with Honest Outlaw, but he had a lot of feed problems? Might be dud rifle? and Henry did ask for it back for testing almost straightaway

Good and concise video on the Homesteader. 600 rounds with no fail to feed is impressive.
:) I just ordered a Homesteader from Bass Pro Shop, so my space will soon be full. Made In America, or Not Made At All.
I already have two Kel-Tek Sub-2000s in 9mm Parabellum. Please make this in 45 ACP with Glock 21 and Colt 1911 mag well conversion kits and I'm in!
Talk about a perfect modern homeland defenders gun.
I'm just happy that a gun channel finally pronounced "carbine" correctly.

There is something to be said about a nice classic style rifle, but at nearly a cool G, I think I’d rather have a lever action.
Also unlike many others it comes with a polymer mag release so it won’t chew up your Glock mags like my Ruger PCC did with two of my 33 rounders.
Great concept! It’s a shame Henry used a 2x4 for a hand guard. I would love to see them refine it a bit. .
I'm sure we'll see aftermarket options from companies like Midwest Industries etc
This would great in 45 acp
Could not agree more.
10mm?🤔
Make it in 45acp and I’ll get one. To many 9mm in this field to want this

Wife carries (2) 9mms one with Buffalo bore 147gr +p hard cast and seismic 185gr Rounds..
@AmmolandTV what is the LOP?

Even as a farm gun it needs a light. Predators run at night.
I mounted a laser and light combo on the barrel with a barrel spacer.
Do you have a part number for the Glock adapter

Wonder if he used aluminum-cased ammo? Like me, mine DOES NOT like aluminum-cased ammo. Love mine!
Dude is evolving into looking like Tim from Military Arms Channel
But shorter and fatter :( lol
@@AmmoLandTV I've met Tim. He's a giant
@@Excalibur01 lol, yep. He's a good guy, I've known him for a very long time.
🤤
A Daisy Powerline 880 in 9mm! Cool 👎
Meh I'm not impressed. Not for me.
I think it's brilliant, though i do wish it was locked breech.
You can't pay me to be interested in this rifle. So many Guntubers showing this thing off. I just don't care.
Sure thing, what's you favorite for this category?
Then why are you watching this? And commenting? :D
