Ok, I'm a little biased, but the Canadian Forces combat shirt of that era was really good. One of the best features was those spacious cargo pockets at hip/waistline.
Years ago, there was a surplus store in the Walden Galleria mall (Buffalo), and they had racks of those Canadian jackets. Wish I would have picked one up then.
There's a secret pen pocket in the chest pockets that sits them pens real nice by your notepads. That and the personal effects pocket on the interior of the left chest panel are the best features. Notes and smokes keep an NCO runnin.
that whole era of 80s-90s Canadian gear fascinates me, I've collected almost the whole suite of cold weather gear, and a got a few of those field shirts as well and I honestly really like the feel of them, they wear really well and are a pretty practical garment.
I would be VERY happy if guys could make episode about history of Finnish M62 uniform. Pattern is still in military use in some aplications in Finnish military.
Have you considered doing a video on Scandinavian camouflage? It’s really quite an unexplored area, and their contributions to military camouflage quite impressive.
When it comes to PLA stuff it can get tricky since the old style of interior red stamping is oft copied and on later legitimate pieces the factories rarely filled out all of the info i.e. dates of production left as 20__年 making them look a bit off. The white/grey lot numbers are a good way to be certain of a piece's authenticity but those too are faked and occasionally not where they should be on issued uniforms.
In this video, a real Swiss steel helmet model 1918 with the correct interior and the correct format is shown. Schweizer Stahlhelm Feldgrau Ord.18 Casques Casco chapellina d'atschal AVA-INFO
I'm so happy to contribute to the channel!!! I was so stoked seeing the uniforms on here. Keep it up, cheers from Spain💪🏻🇪🇦

I Still have my Canadian Jacket issued to me in 86 . It’s much tighter on me than it was when I was 19 . Love the videos keep up the good content
It's amazing how clothes shrink over time, isn't it!
Pretty neat pieces!
You should buy some Belgium's jigsaw pattern huge surplus of it as they move to multicam.
By, "Spain's...former territories" do you mean, for instance, every country south of Texas (except Brazil)?

If you were in london you should have tried to go to the monthly Chatham fair (if you didn't know)
Spanish army in theory is developing a new camouflage pattern, trying to do some transitonal camo like multicam.
