I wasn't expecting this when I saw the pictures and it looks too "bold" for me. It reminds me of Midnight Serenade from Lethal but in a revisited version. I still remember the history I had when I was 14 and she was rocking purple and earthy looks at 60+. So no one cares of what the students are thinking. Your looks deserve to be celebrated 😂🎉

When you swatched Meadowfoam and Blue Crown I was impressed. Nice to see the looks you created with both colors. Adept is my new favorite brand and it’s hard to say no to their new releases!
@@BeautyAndTheFrizz I just tried the Amy Loves palette and love the quality of the shadows (although my fave shadow in there leaves my eyelids pink for days) but don't find the colors quite as wearable as I was hoping (a bit TOO cool) so I'm hoping these are a little more 'go to' shimmer colors with a little tiny bit of warmth or at least neutral to them.
I love Adept so much, however, because of the very nature of their amazing multi and duo chromes, and their relatively large palettes, they basically keep redoing what they've already done. I feel that I already have these shadows among all of my Adept palettes and also, I'm on a no buy UNLESS something comes along that is revolutionary, that knocks my socks off. I can see if someone didn't already have 5 palettes from Adept, this might just be the one that they have to have. As always, you do a GREAT job and I think this brand is particularly fantastic for you!

Hm it's very neutral leaning & there's only 4 matte shades. I think if the brand can not be so shimmer heavy, it can drop the prices down a bit. Just thinking as a consumer. But I can see this being up your alley & the layout you like. Tbh, I can see at least 4-8 dupable shades already in alot of ppl's collection. This is a NRN for me. Luv ya 🦩🦩
I’m on a no buy but dang it I’m tempted to break it for this one if I could get that 15% off I’m really considering it. I just had a very large expense due to the greed of my sisters and my mom‘s estate. I want to follow my mom‘s wishes and they want to be greedy dogs, but this isn’t about me love the pallet it may be worth breaking my no buy.

If it’s not asking too much Can you see if you can’t kind of do not formula but color story with some of your Sydney Grace shadows or other singles or even colors from other pallets I understand we won’t have the same shifts. That palette is beautiful. 🤩 your looks were pretty. Do you use any sort of glitter primer with the Adept shimmers? I do have oily eyelids and I have Minka and the shimmers crease a lot. Your students are funny to not like beautiful makeup looks. Neutral looks are kind of boring in my opinion.
I just use the Pat McGrath primer. I do get some occasional creasing sometimes because I have hooded eyes but it’s slight and if I notice I’ll just pat the shadow back into place. Are you talking about having the Minka palette in your comment? I did not enjoy those shimmers. And yeah my students are hilarious.

Very pretty palette. It kinda reminds me of a toned down ver of the Heather Austin palette. Your second look reminded me of the flying fiddles pic. 🪻🌼 I was looking online for a pic since irises r usually purple to me, but then I saw there is a hybrid called Flying Fiddles. I think for my undertone, I'd be better off w Siberian Iris - Sugar Rush tho. 😅

Can I ask when they say no glitter does this translate to NOT like odens eye? I’ve purchased a couple pallets last year from Oden‘s eye, and I’ll get glitter put Dookie on my face and I don’t like that I love shimmers that’s why I love Sydney Grace, but that shimmers with the glitter on my mature eyelids I’m not a fan of! Please don’t come for me haters I am not saying I don’t like glitter, but for me, I’m not a fan of it in my eyeshadow. I will use it when I do crafts with my grandkids I like shine the wet look, but those glitter particles, no matter how small how large no no no not for me!
So there is no glitter but I think the mica in these shadows are sparkly/ glittery. Some of these are straight shimmers and some have the sparkly finish that I think you are referring to.

They vary . Some are drier than others but the new chrome ones are great and not dry at all!!!

I don't know how you work your magic with large brushes. Every time I use a large brush, I feel like color gets everywhere.
I like the domed ones. It’s like they are tapered so I can still concentrate the shadow.
