Did I just sit through this almost 2 hour long video? absolutely 😂 . And YES to a battle, that would be so fun! Love that we have different opinions about some of the palettes, that what makes makeup fun and interesting. It would be boring if we all just liked the same things!

Please don't ever change your honesty about the palettes you try! I love that you tell us, "Listen, I haven't used all the shades or I love this palette but these shades don't blend out!" You can still be in love with a palette that isn't perfect for you. I appreciate the detailed honesty. Because some influencers pretend that every palette is perfect and stunning and works perfectly and that just isn't possible. Congratulations on the clean bill of health ❤😊 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Also agree with “I don’t care if it looks like I swam in glitter. To me that’s a good time” 😂 100% how I felt this year with so many beautiful palettes - so shimmery, a little messy but so much fun
There are a few occasions where the glitter annoys me but for the most part I’m fine with sparkle everywhere!!

I always take the eyeshadow cardoboard palettes out of the bulky packaging of plouise and store them all together in a small acrylic drawer and I’m happy that way!

Fun video and I am not offended if people dislike what I love, makeup is fun that way. I bought too much also and I put myself on a no buy (once I buy the Cold Moon).
I need to use all the crap I bought and really test the formulas.
I used the hell out of Adept, Natasha Denona, Sidney Grace, Colourpop, Pat Mcgrath, and Viseart, so I know I love these Formula's. I used so many singles this year and I consider some of these brands as singles because I use them that way.

Your first pronunciation of petit is the right one. The one that sounds like petty is not. My heart sunk when I heard your review of the Viseart fleurette palettes. They are coming to me today 😂.

You’re keeping me company while I’m getting ready for a doctor’s appointment today. I was lazy this year and just did my top faves. I kept thinking how can I do them all when I decluttered so many, but you’re proof I could have just mentioned them. Dang it! I’m so happy I skipped the Glamlite Chucky and Ghost Face. It was too much for me so I got none. Meaning , I know myself and would get them all or none, so got none.
Yes I’m also all or none lol although now that I’m just keeping Friday the 13th I’m okay with it but before I have them in my hands I feel that all or none mentality lol

Congrats on not having gestational diabetes! I had it with my second pregnancy and it was such a pain!! I’m going to be using the Chucky palette for the second time today. I was really excited about it but I think I’m now feeling the same as you. 😅 With that Halloweentown palette I think I would use the purples in the crease and the orange and yellow on the lid and do sort of a sunset eye but maybe that wouldn’t work with the formulas. I don’t have it, but that’s what my eye goes to…but also, I don’t think you need my help putting colors together. 😅

This is so so fun!! I honestly agreed with your controversial glamlite picks at the bottom. That's why I didn't pick those up. I always called the BBB palette the Sand and sea palette 😂 I was kinda surprised at some of your top choices ngl! But your top one is 👌

I don't agree with some of the choices but that's not so bad, everyone has different opinions and preferences.
For example, I really like the horror palettes from glamlite and also the delights palette. Opinions can be so different, it's always exciting.
Totally agree!! I love watching Morgan Turner but I don’t think her and I have ever had the same opinions on palettes 😂😂
I can’t wait to try Ensley Reign! I am waiting for my order of Flower Moon to be fulfilled (pre-ordered), and I am loving the look of Cold Moon! I’ll probably get it 😅 I’m sorry you didn’t jive with Glaminatrix S&S… Rich Romantic is really beautiful. If you are willing to purchase secondhand palettes, I really think you’d love Nocturnal or Into the Night or You Beauty ❤

The Adept La Cienga palette still irks me because the Mystery Box was such a bait and switch. I would have not bought the box had I known it would contain nine(!!!) eye liners even if they are chrome 😡

I am so happy the Xenon palette was ranked high, I love it. I get why people are not a fan because it is greyscale but I would purchase it again if I lost it.

Have u gotten the newest ER Cold Moon palette yet or are u getting it? I seen it the other day n I really luv the color story, it's a beautiful palette! I'm just starting my little eyeshadow palette collection n I did recently get the Ninhydrin palette from Adept n I wasn't as thrilled with it as I thought I would be! It is really pretty but the shimmer shadows weren't the same colors as they looked on the website! They are really pretty but not the same, which is why I decided for it to be my first expensive palette purchase! Now I've seen the new ER Cold Moon n it is gorgeous n I really want it but I don't wanna be well kinda, disappointed again n ER is also pretty expensive as well! I would luv to hear ur thoughts on the Cold Moon palette, eventho ER from last year was ur #1 palette! I really trust ur judgement! Great ranking n I enjoyed watching! 😊
I plan to grab that one!! It looks like an edited down version of BellaBeauteBar Smokey Glam which I love! I probably don’t need both but I have store credit for ER that will cover the cost so I say why not 😂
That stinks you were disappointed with Ninhydrin! I will say a lot of indie makeup photography is done with special lighting to make the shiftiness of the shadows show up more and they won’t look like that in real life unless you’re under very specific kinds of lights.
I try to swatch in natural lighting on my instagram so people get a good idea of what the shadows look like without the extra stuff helping them 😊

Why did you not like Gloss Gods palettes? I was looking to buy them, but want to know as many opinions as possible before I pull the trigger on them
So the ones I decluttered were basically all all shimmer palettes. Color of rain has a single black matte but might as well be an all shimmer palette and I just find that I don’t reach for or use all shimmer palettes that often!
I do still have Lavender Skies and I think that one ends up decently high in the ranking. I love their shimmer formula in that palette and think they have a nice matte formula as well!
I think the newer palette shimmers are better than the ones in the original version of Gal on the Moon and Gal on Mars. For color of rain all of the shifty shades ended up looking almost the same on the lid for me. So while they look slightly different in pan they aren’t that different on the eye.

Melt Electrip was such a disappointment to me, not because I bought it and didn't like it lol, but because they teased me with a very fun, edgy, daring theme (everything that Melt is about) and then they delivered Natasha Denona Zendo :)
I can see that!! They definitely hyped it up ahead of time and there was a bit of a “womp womp” when they revealed it lol.
Personally I still really liked it but I get where people were expecting like a neon or something cooler 😂
puh-Tee’ is correct. In French you never pronounce the last letter unless it’s C, R, F, or L. Petit is the masculine form so you don’t pronounce the t. Petite is the feminine form and is pronounced puh-Teet’. Cuz the e at the end means you pronounce the t. In both cases the emphases is on the second syllable.
