I'm nearly 80 and I was the last person to straighten fork truck masts and frames even when I was manager they would come for guidance.
I learnt when I was apprentice in the 1950's now they just buy new.

AWESOME shop! VERY well set up. When they poured the floor and put in these channels it really paid off for them. I've been doing this kind of work since 1971 and us old guys will soon be gone and no one left to do this stuff. Here in America they would just buy a new frame for some of these projects this man does. this one wasnt too bad but I watched another video and no way would anyone over here repair that one. they would just buy a new frame. This guy with his experience and the tools they have can repair ANYTHING! VERY impressive.

Подход серьёзный, оборудование. Если геометрия выставлена, то жрать ничего не будет. Но ребята с канала Пакистан трак такие рамы прямо под открытым небом разматывают. Тоже шедевральные ребята доказывающие что нет ничего не возможного.
Попытаемся сделать русское кино и доказать, что оно не хуже пакистанского... Вспомним например Левшу

А чтобы за ними угнаться нужно освободить бокс, оставить пресс, дрель, кувалду и самое главная их фишка это мотороллер на котором они все детали возят. Лучше своё и поподробнее.
@@user-so5tb8nn4g пакистан делает вставки или меняет элемент целиком , без стапеля к чему они "привяжутся"? Это разные виды работ.
@@user-qy2im3xx4c у них есть видосы в которых они расшивают раму, вытягивают на прессе, выставляют геометрию. Да и в этом видео рваный кусок рамы меняли частично вваривая с донора. В данном случае за счет механизации точность выше, но принцип не меняется.
@@user-so5tb8nn4g за всеми побрекушками что Пакистанцы вешают на кабину не видать на сколько она завалена))))) Моему знакомому лично этот мастер растянул дичайшую гармошку на Вольво , уже как шесть лет тягает этот "Вольвешник" 20тонн и хоть бы что, не треснула и не сгнила!
Amazing the way such large vehicles can be damaged so severely in an accident. More amazing is the way a skilled tradesman is able to massage that heavy steel back into shape and make it appear effortless.
Your frame man is worth his weight in gold! You probably should get a young man to work with him!(For training purposes) Because there aren’t too many young men that have the patience to do a job like that 🙄🙄🙄🙄! Besides it takes a lot of experience to know even where to start, never mind where to pull & where to push & just how much! I would trust anything that older gentleman did 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻! Most people really don’t have a clue to how flexible/flimsy truck frames actually are! I repaired a truck for myself, with my uncle’s help, back when I was a teenager! The frame on the truck I bought was really badly crumpled, different ways on each rail! Luckily I was able to purchase a brand new frame from the factory for less than 1000$ Like I said it was years ago! But when we were done, I had almost a brand new truck, for about 1/5th the cost of brand new! It was a lot of my & my uncles labor! Which just cost us our time! Nice Job 👍🏻 on the video also! It would be nice to see one like that, once it’s finished & you taking it on a test drive! I know the videoing is a lot of work also! But I think it would really show just how good your shop is, seeing the truck running again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!

Это отличная технология. Я езжу на грузовиках Hino в Японии, и их технические возможности просто потрясающие. Грузовик, за рулем которого я ездил пять лет, был в таком же состоянии. До сих пор работаю без проблем. Отдаю должное ремонтникам всего мира!

охренительно!!! мастер реально 100+ уровня, таких предприятий в регионах почти и нет, вот и у нас под забором валяется микрогрузовик с ЧЕТЫРЕЖДЫ сломаной рамой, и выбросить жалко, на доках всетаки, и починить нормально негде ...
