I played it in GameStop before I even had a console, beat the story multiple times, maxed every vehicle, tuned every vehicle for fastest drag race times, multiple drift competition all-nighters solo and with homies... Honestly it planted & fueled my passion for cars. I'm 30 now & an automotive engineer & mobile mechanic. This video game is a masterpiece.
You still have good producers like duke dumont, disclosure, roger Sanchez, chris lake,Otto knows, etc. . They just don't the recognition they deserve. The only popular electronic producer that I would cos ider really good is zedd or avicii; Calvin Harris is alright but not great
@David I also drive only 350Z and Skyline,I didn't do performance tuning on my Skyline though.Thats why I couldnt go as fast as you were I think.So you tuned your car to go full top speed instead of accelerating quickly right?
My top speed is 412km/h with the Skyline (from Coal Harbor east to city centre with full nitrous and custom transmission, ecu, turbo and nitrous tune). You can also try the ecutn1b save game, it's really good.
Hi , bottom line, you'll never make it to the active runway. Too many vehicles after you. As a pilot, you will be executing a go around. Your car just might be rolling over and over from the jet blast. I saw someone run out once, he lived. I only wish there was more video. You can't see directly down and back from the cockpit...
@@GregoryWMoore I dont expect you to ever see this comment, but OPs comment is referring to the landing planes on the runway races for UG2. The objective was obviously to win the race so smashing into a landing jet and totalling out your car wasn't something alot of people did.
In the game, literally nothing. I've tried the out of bounds glitch on the airport strip and turns out the plane is just a giant texture and nothing else. It passes through your car like it was nothing

IMO they need to remaster the original games, or at least NFS4: Hot Stakes. There's just something about exotic supercars, electronica soundtrack and beautiful scenery that no other game in the series has after Hot Pursuit 2. They tried to return to the streetracing era in 2015 and Heat and it's just not the same anymore.
