I simply got into tuning and turned it into what I do in real life instead. This soundtrack does extremely well in cars with good audio too. When you're next to a fella in daddy's Porsche at a stoplight and this soundtrack is running; there's only one option..

There hasn't been a new Z-car since 2008, the Lancer Evo is gone, the Skyline replaced by a supercar, Mazda's got no sports car, Honda's got no sports car, Toyota's 86 won't see a successor... the only way to make a game in the vein of the Undergrounds is to set it during the heyday of the import tuner scene, and if you're going to do that anyway you may as well remaster this game.
Matt William are you stupid? the current z model is the 370z and yes there is a 2017 model. honda has the 2017 nsx and the 2017civic type r. the Toyota AE86 has a successor its called the Toyota GT86 which is a great car and is a future JDM classic it has everything the AE86 was. light weight, responsive, good sounding. it even adds something the AE86 was kind of lacking which is looks. and the evo is gone. so what. i dont see what that has to do with underground street racing its just another brand death like the dodge viper. its like me saying that subaru should stop making the wrx because mitsubishi quit making the evo, thats not how things work. its also like saying porsche should quit lemans because Audi quit lemans mazda has a sports car.. the 2017 MX-5 Miata RF. also the gtr was not replaced by a super car it always has been nicknamed 'Godzilla' since the R32 because of its ability to slay supercars at a fraction of the price.

Man so much memories as a kid. This song was my favorite out of all of them. I really miss playing this game. I wish they could make it for the PS3 PS4 and PS5 but have the same graphics in the game. But one thing I will say I’m glad this game was part of my childhood and was my very first video game for the PS2. Cruising around Bayview with my red Honda Civic when this song would play.

2006, me as a college student, sitting in the evening, playing this game on my shitty PC, making drag race records with my friends, not thinking about the future nor worrying about the past, just enjoying the present moment. What a wonderful time that was. Luckily we have a Timetravel machine now called UA-cam, so we can come back to those moments when ever we want. Have a nice Summer 2021!!

Out of all the songs of NFSU/2, This one and all of the songs by Fluke hit really hard with the nostalgia, I think its because they have a really full electronic sound that is fully recorded in our memories and then boom you listen to it and its just so powerful!!
