No problem! The ditch is just dug along the natural ground flow. There where the water flows most logically.

What ecosystem? It was completely mess. Water is crowing and it stinks, no fish or anything. Cleand it and now it's nice pond
It's stagnant, algae ridden water. There is no ecosystem. He's giving this pond another chance at life
