Great attitude Ryan when things were not going well. That shows some class. The guy beside you that was cursing, not so much. The attitudes we show has a lot to do with parents letting their kids be involved in this hobby or not.
Maaan, that bump in the middle section looked like it was seriously off-camber relative to that right-hand hairpin following it, depending on your line. A relatively simple circuit, but with some really challenging terrain, that's for sure. Even though his best years are arguably behind him, Billy's still at another level - I guess that's what all those years of running World class do to you - good to see him still running strong! But I'm still curious if there was a Serpent SD"Next"-4 under that conspicuous white body. I still say that there must have been a good reason why he was calling on all challengers, haha.
@@RyanHarrisRC It would have been great to see more of Billy cutting some laps. That goes for other events you attend. 1 or 2mins of raw unedited footage with no overlaid music, of the pro's driving several full laps of each class.
10:12 HAHAHAHAHHAHA I KNOOOOOOW YOU HAD to cut the video there cause the guy in the pink car probably lost his mind when he stuffed it into the pipe hahahahahahahhaha I’m cracking up. He seemed to be having a tough day 😂
Super smooth with the 2wd and unlucky with the 4wd. No racing for me till September 😞. Few outdoor tracks are now open in the UK, but my club which is indoors not till September and still trying to keep the other half safe as she is high Risk. Keep up the good work.
Hey Ryan, thank your for the videos, love watching your channel. I never been on a track before, I was wondering if you could do a video to talk about what do you bring with you on race day? Also if the place doesn’t have a way to charge your batteries how do you do it? Do you bring more batteries or have some generator? How many batteries would you recommend bringing? Also do you bring a lot of car parts just in case something goes wrong?
Thank you so much for making this awesome and exciting video from your head (i guess) i was realy into the race. and did not skip a second. and what a great sportmanship you have. You are a good man Ryan! keep it up, race, make youtube movies and peace! hihi (the TLR is great!)
very well done ryan.im new to your channel.Right off thr rip i notice you not only teach us old folks, you race to.What i mean is there is guys outthere that walk the walk but thats about it.LOL!!! love your stuff keep them coming.Stay Safe Stay Healthy
Thanks for yet another vlog Ryan, so cool to be able to follow what’s going on far away from us! Next time I’m in Florida (I live in Italy) would be great to meet you! How high is that huge jump in front of the drivers stand?! Great driving man, cheers
Sends it under the driver's stand - glad to know you're still human Ryan 😁 also way to stay calm and consistent with those incidents so you can still stand on the podium 😅
Looks like a blast! Great sportsmanship! Great attitude! I just need a few more pieces and my first competition buggy will be track ready. Can you please tell me what Pinion and spur were on your 4wd? Thanks for the videos! P.s. This year I decided on a top force instead of a Jabba Lego set, now I have an RC UA-cam addiction.
Great channel mate new subscriber here from the uk.i am about to start racing my self and after researching I decided to go for the tlr 22 5.0 elite kit which was against most of the advice from the club members 😁 but I just loved the look of that buggy.my worry is that the buggy is a dirt buggy and my local track is Astro turf, will I be able to set this buggy up to run on astro turf?is there really a big difference between dirt/clay carpet/AstroTurf buggies ?
This is so cool for the first time I actually watch a UA-cam Rc driver and live near a track I’ve been to I live in Gainesville there is an outdoor track in newberry and there one in Gainesville
Just wondering if you can do a video on how you charge your batteries and how long they take. And how you balance your batteries. Thanks. Love your channel.
been getting back into rc, I have a mini b and t and some other bashers aswell. in your opinion, 10th scale obviously not the minis. would you start out with a losi 22 or 22x4? I have smaller scale 2 wheel drive experience, 4 wheel is more forgiving but usually isnt as popular of a class. so what iam asking is in your opinion from your experience, which one should I start with before expanding into another class.
I can tell that 14:25 those tires some how got cold, and lost the grip that is so weird only time i ever seen that is if the track changes temp, but still weird
2wd Is a great way to get started. Quite a bit less to understand on the car vs. the 4wd. Plus quite a bit less maintenance as well. I like the fact that I'm usually only replacing rear tires if even half as often as the fronts. 2wd is just a great way to get started. Look at the stock 17.5 or spec classes. You'll love it.
Can you please do a video in depth on suspensions set up? Would love specifically on stadium truck but anything I'm sure will help! Just got into racing and I'm scared to move the balls and cups and the shock positions etc xD I have no clue what they all do
Boutit Boyz just change stuff and see how it changes things and just keep learning. Also do some research like how different oils in your diffs changes how it handles, shock positioning, suspension geometry... just absorb as much info and keep learning👍
Next time your at a race and dave duncan is race directing tell him mitch welch from dollarhobbyz raceway in Minnesota says hello lol. Come check out are track if your ever up In the great arctic north hahaha. Love your videos Ryan very beneficial and informative keep up the awsome work !!!!!
@@RyanHarrisRC why would u say a stadium truck isnt? As fast as a buggy? I could sc because of the weight and size. but isnt a st truck for the most part a buggy? The t6 looks alot like the b6 ya know. Im just curious is all lol. Around me u race buggy or truggy for off road. I race dirt oval and there are 11 different classes u can run and only one has a 4wd version and its late model and they use 8scale tlr and associated buggys for it. The rest is sc or buggy based or custom works cars 2wd.
I see there are driver stand divas at every tack. That guy next to you 🤦Way to hold up for that driver. Great job. You won’t see that courtesy in California. Just FYI.

At 13:55. I love how he waited for the other driver after an accident!
Awesome racing I am always learning from your videos.
Yes so excited about this vlog awesome Ryan 😊 glad you’re doing well and so happy the content is coming back 🤙🏻
Thanks for being such a high class guy. It was great to meet you and thank you for you help. And love the content.
Cool video Ryan. I really enjoyed the format. Keep it up man. Greetings from France.
Very good race glad you podiumed in both classes congratulations!
Nice racing overall. Definitely learning some things watching your race videos. Can't wait to get into my first race.

On my best days and his off days, I can keep him honest for a few laps lol if he's on his game, it's always a battle for 2nd at that point

Great stuff. Love the content and seeing some racing again. :) You have improved quite a bit from the last time I watched. WHEW! FACTORY!
Good to hear! Always trying to improve the race program
Great vlog! Cars looked edgy on the slick tires! Mega grip!
Track always a higher level of grip and I like to have lots of steering. It's a handful sometimes for sure!
@@RyanHarrisRC yes it looks that way. But it's for sure the best way to get the skill level up
Loved the respect you gave that guy awesome battles!
Great video. Love seeing how smooth you were. Something to shoot for.
Super cool under pressure, I would have been calling that marshal for everything ❤️😀
Awesome content, thank you so much for this video
That track looks fun

It was a great run.

Great videos Ryan. Currently building a 22x-4 after watching a load of them back to back 👍
Awesome luv the video's as always. serpent for the win 4x4. We run for serpent up here in pa. Nice job in 2wd.
You looked good out there man, super smooth with the 17.5 you made it look too easy... #RAWSPEED for the win!!! 😁🇺🇲
The indoor nationals vid made me look for more of Mr. Harris’ intense racing footage. Found some. 🎥🤝🏆🥇
These indoor tracks are awesome. I wish we had them in my country.

Fun video as usual, thx Ryan

78/23 for this smaller tight track! If you're at a larger track, try a 24t pinion

The charger balances them.
He said once he charges his batteries with 40A.
His 4200mah battery should be charged in less than 12 minutes.
I'm gonna say THAT'S a clay slicks track!
Glad Rc Dirt Oval isn't the only one who has people getting mad on the drivers stand.
Always liked Newreds, maybe oneday I'll take my oval setup off and come up and run. Maybe drag EZ with me.
Amazing driving ryan, would be a dream to race alongside you one day, too bad i live in uk :/
Maybe one day I'll make it across the pond!

Wish Australia had these types of tracks hear

Ryan, on the losi 22-4 or 22x-4 is a front stabalizer bar needed or is it just optional
What a Great win !!!sweet
Why did you choose the 17.5 trinity motor over the 17.5 team motor? is the team one that much better?
Wow not a single mask in that entire video. Really says a lot about the current state of Florida. Love you Ryan, stay safe out there.
I was thinking the same!
Oml who cares go on wit your life
Yeah. Shows that freedom is still alive there.....
Hey Ryan! What setup do u recommend for 17.5 on high bite clay?

Didnt see the incident at 10:00. Hope they settled it off the track
What is the difference between the Soft and Soft Long wear ??
Compound is a tad bit tougher so it doesn't wear out as fast. The soft wears more rubber on the track has more grip
Hey ryan can you recommend some good budget tires for a dirt 1/10 2wd buggy?
Super subjective to where you are racing! I know the Rawspeed tires are designed with budget in mind 🤙
It is mainly just for general offroad useage, no specific track, but mainly loose dry dirt.
Love your videos!
ryan can you share your esc setup for your 4wd 13.5
Would get the buggy but I like 1/8 scale
white car in 4wd buggy he's so fast is that 22x4 too?
This dude said "Havent won it yet"
Bruh, car was dialed that day. Win was basically guaranteed lol #jokes
Cars look great👍
LOVE this video content!!!
That absolutely sucked when you went off the track ..I was telling for a turn Marshall for you but nobody listening..lol
What setup are you running on the 22 5.0?
Prize money for a TQ and win. Great idea!
Respectfully submitted, Billy Easton showed here why he is a world-class Pro driver. And that’s likely not even him digging very deep.
Does Easton run the same paint scheme he ran with Associated in the 90s?
i have a losi xxxt what is the best rear pivot degree to use for fun on road
Are your wings frosted or just left with the covering on?
majortomtogc pros typically scuff up with scotch bright to get rid of the shine
Nice driving thanks for sharing. Wow, no one wearing masks??
That's America!
Class act man. When you binned it into the dungeon, you gave a very polite “Marshall” as opposed to full on lunatic mode. Well done.
Kermit Butts!
Why is buggy or truggy the go to classes? What makes them so special over sc or stadium trucks?
I think the premier classes handle much better than the others. SC and stadium trucks are fun, but definitely not as fast.
