Meeting your girlfriend's family is always scary for some guys. Whenever you step into her home, her family will have a scanner like eye. They tend to scan you from top to bottom and that look awkward!

I personally smile a lot in front of my girlfriend's family and thank god I am having the same interest with my girlfriend's dad. I’m meeting my girlfriends grown kids in a few hours. Sure I’m a little nervous but basically I’m looking forward to it. I’m considering telling them that this is a great opportunity to help their mom by grilling me. I hope they will!

Jordan R A lot has happened since then. The first time was really awkward for me and it was basically her mom giving me a lecture while I just sat and listened. I met her again later on and we had a more genuine conversation, and she started trusting me a little more. It took some time and it stressed me out a lot, but now it’s not really a problem anymore.
