    I’m a big fan of your teaching style. Would I be able to mix the juice of a citrus fruit? A fruit named Lulo has a beautiful flavor I think would go amazing in a delicate brûlée.

      It would need to have a similar ratio of acid by volume in order for the results to match this recipe

    Im thinking of making one with blueberries and earl grey. Would I still add the lemon juice to the eggs or can I not add that addition?

    Can we make this one day in advance ... wondering will it soften the berries too much

      You can make it in advance. The berries will soften and the colour will leach into the custard ! Other than that it’ll be fine for a few days.

    I can use vanilla powder instead? since the liquid form isn't available and if available it is ridiculously expensive.

    Can i use milk instead of heavy cream?

      @Shatha You need to use heavy cream, otherwise your finish product wouldn't have the same texture shown in the video. Heavy cream serves as a thickener. If you replace it with milk, your creme brulee will turn out watery.

    1 cup of your favorite vanilla ice cream (liquefied), 1 egg yolk. Mixed the two ingredients together, thank me later! Please be safe out here, stay in your homes every Easter because the 3 days of darkness is coming soon. Amos 8! Please read it!!
