Dear Sir,
My son who is USA citizen has filed I-130 Petition (immediate family category) alongwith I-485, I-765 and I-131 for me and my wife on 9th June, 2022. We are in USA and Pakistan national and apply in Texas. My wife received a letter for Biometric on 24th June, 2022 and biometric was done on 11th July, 2022 and her EAD and SS Cards received on 6th December 2922. My biometric letter is not yet received despite lapse of almost 6 months. We approach our attorney he said you have to wait.
Please guide me what can I do.
Early reply is awaited.
