      Got my chest a lot bigger by increasing strength on my bench press and increased my weight through food intake

    Yo fil do you think its always necessary to consume protein shakes after working out?

      It depends if you are eating enough protein from meat then no you don’t need it however for 90% of people I would recommend one protein shake a day. It doesn’t matter when you take it but one a day
