I dumped Tire Linc and went to TST507. The Tire Linc system came with my camper. The module was mounted on the front wall of the pass-through on my 35-ish foot 5th wheel, but tires would always drop off while driving down the highway. It was so worthless, I replaced it after only one summer. I'm happy for those that it seems to work for. So far, I have had zero problems with the TST 507 system over the two years I have been using it.
Glad to see you have metal valve stems. Love my TST TPMS but had to swap out my rubber valve stems for metal ones after two failed from the weight of the cap sensors. Luckily the TPMS warned me of losing tire pressure from the failed stem and was able to quickly pull over and change the tires.
I wonder if I missed another post from BTBRV somewhere. As much as I love my F350 OEM trailer TPMS I am surprised he doesn’t have this running in his truck? I love having the instant dash alert and “ding” when you lose trailer tire pressure! Totally saved my 5h wheel when I was able to quickly pull over before the tire destroyed parts of my 5er. Also, you get tire TEMPS too! This helps me realize when my load is unbalanced in my trailer! I will see wheels on one side get warmer than the other! Love Ford trailer TPMS!
Correct, Ford is the only one with the 3 inch. A lot of people don’t know that. I like the TST for the dedicated monitor. I don’t like the hem up my phone.
hey JD - love the info - I was wondering if you had ever used or reviewed the Hensley Arrow/ProPride type hitches or if you would ever consider doing so - thanks for all you do!
I stick with my TST. I like the idea of a separate display & having my phone free to use. Plus, my TST brain has lasted over 4 years & so have my sensor batteries.
Love our TireMinder system (the least expensive one for our two-axle travel trailer). I just order free batteries from them and pay $5 shipping & handling (way less than 4 of those batteries would cost buying off Amazon or at Walmart).
Looking for TPMS suggestions. Two tow vehicles - 2015 F350 DRW, 2005 Ford Excursion. Three trailers - 2021 Trails West 3 horse, 2019 Coachmen, small snow mobile trailer.
Thoughts on Ford's trailer tpms? Expensive but looks great when set up and pressures all inclusive in one display. Doesn't seem to be many reviews out there on Ford's system
I use it with my travel trailer. Works great everytime I hook up the camper and drive a ways the sensors wake up and connect to the pickup. It's nice not having another device to plug in and mount.

Our trailer was not prepped for the tirelinc, so we bought the system and installed it. Works great.

Ridiculous 😎

So I would need to change my valve stem from rubber to metal for this to be safe right
I'll have to try tirelinc. Thanks.
Any recommendations for a TPMS for a single axle travel trailer?

Missing the granddaddy of hitches the gen-y Torsion!

@victoryrider thanks that's my thought too! Very OEM set up and clean. Thanks!
Sorry, not prepped for it, even if it was for that price and your experience with failure... easy setup doesn't mean "best" system.
