Atlantic Bonito Taste Great! Catch and Cook!

In today's video, Jeremy, JJ, and Kayla head offshore in hopes of finding tuna. We came across a new to us fish that really surprised us with it's texture and taste. They are called Atlantic Bonito, which is probably different than the usual bonito you’ve caught. They have stripes rather than squiggly lines. After catching these fun fighting bonito, we fileted and cooked them up!

I’ve been saying that for years. I call them Jacksonville bonefish for their awesome fight. Easy to find too. Look for disturbed water and birds.

We where trolling off shore out of ponce and we hooked up on several bonito they are good didn’t know u could catch on the drop have to try it
