As the saying goes , you can take a horse to water or in this case water to a horse but you can't make it drink ! Lovely Quasi was more interested in trying to pull the bucket over 😂.

Lol that second one…..typical bloody horse 😂, you drag out a bucket, you pull your arms outta their sockets to hold said bucket for them, and what do they do to show their gratitude? Splash water ALL over you is what 😂….or blow bubbles for 20 minutes straight🤣 It’s a good thing we love them. Also my(and MANY others) favourite trooper, being his usual charming self, giving the horses a little loving along with the water. And ofc beautiful Pagan……what a stunning horse. I have no idea how anyone can believe that these horses are anything but cherished and really loved by the troopers….you can SEE it in every move of these clips, every touch.

Those horses need rubber mats to stand on
They’re only there for an hour at a time. However, there are horses in and out of those boxes 6 or more times a day. Those rubber stable mats wouldn’t last, not to mention that they’re dangerous once they start getting worn so would need to be replaced VERY frequently. The amount of good they’d do for the limited time a horse is on duty really isn’t worth it given how often they’d need to be replaced, particularly given that they’re REALLY expensive.
Why in the world would they name a horse, Pagan?
Do any horse people out there know if sticking the lip out is really the equivalent of a human smile? I'm not trying to be a spoil sport. I had a dog expert tell me actual vicious dogs don't growl before biting. Growling is a sign of fear and truly vicious dogs aren't scared of you. It made me question things in regard to animal body language ever since.
I don't know that I'd really call it a smile... more like a reaction of 'ooh, I like this'. I had a horse who would do this when he was being groomed.
With dogs, a growl is a warning to back off. Most will growl before they bite, even the most vicious.
It’s obviously not a “smile” Horses not only lack the equipment to “smile” the expression also lacks any relevance to them. It IS a reaction to intense feelings. Stallions will do it when smelling a mare in heat, and some horses will do it when being “strapped”(strapping is a type of massage often used as part of grooming for performance horses) or even just being brushed in the right spot. I knew a horse that would do it while scratching.
Okay..... here's another one.... Maybe the horses don't like the smell of the plastic buckets. 😖
Or the horses simply aren't thirsty 😊
They are used to buckets like this, also these buckets are food safe, they are not dangerous nor do they harbour any bad things.
Also most horses won’t drink unless they are thirsty.
That’s a terrible name to call a horse or anything or anybody!…
