My notes: Beliefs: I release the arrow, the arrow does the work. I put on the trade , the trade decides its outcome. I am detached.
Feeling: I feel a sense of calm confidence. I expect nothing, I am prepared for everything.
I bend like a reed in the wind, go with the flow, change course when I encounter a rock. I adapt,
and when I face a roadblock, I ask for help. I have come to understand that asking for help is a sign of strength. I realize that the doing is more important, irrespective of the result.
This is the mindset I aspire for, in my evolution into a successful trader and investor.

This one's my favourite because of the Dashboard Analogy. Explanation: This is based on real life experience on the day this was posted(experiential); maybe the others could also use my way of working this, to improve.
Meghana Ma'am talks of the dashboard with possible malfunction in one or many of these components(Authenticity-Action-Adaptability-Coping mechanism and Daily Best Self Performance). The engine malfunction light in my car came on and did not go off, which frightened me, which was enough for me to take immediate action, that is, have it taken to the service centre. They did the scanning and it turned out to be a loose contact, nothing major.
Message from the Universe: I need to scan the dashboard of my mind to check constantly
which of the 5 mindset components is malfunctioning, track them on paper, give a score
against each parameter eg 5/10,7/10, to work on and to improve. I then just need to "frighten"
myself to take more action on the "malfunctioning components." Thank you Universe.
