awesome video Estefan!!
Thank you!
Alhamdulillah
Great points thanks
Simple but effective
One thing that really struck me about what khabib said is he's always engaging his leg muscles to keep them pinned especially in mount.
Having tried it, it's a really weird muscle that's working and I would say unless you've trained it for a very long time. They will tire fast or not be strong enough to grip the opponent
Why haven't I found about this channel until now? great analysis ❤️
Thank you! I love your show by the way
Khabib style - smart.Knockout punch causing near death is the only thing that can dethrone him
This taught me something! Nice work boys!
Thanks man!
10:00 if you wanna see Khabib successfully dominate with that grip, watch his Michael Johnson fight. Great video fam…People with know fighting experience can learn a lot from your content
Appreciate it man!
thank you for breaking it down!
No problem! Thank you for your comment
Khabib also sometimes uses his head to post.
ohmyafy Yes I missed that, good observation
Loved the breakdown!!
I’ve also noticed that he sometimes throw the opponent to the fence, if the opp decides to run away from him, while he is on the ground.
Vs Micheal Johnson/ rda/poirier. A gangsta move 😂
Thank you! Yes your absolutely right :) good observation man
Thank you for the breakdown mate, Much appreciated!

No problem Tom

Thanks man, I appreciate the support
love the breakdown!
Thanks man! I'm happy you enjoyed it
He also grabs the guys wrist .. so he can’t get up . He then strikes with the right ( in this demo )
was wondering if anybody knows how he gets the opponents feet to cross over eachother when he locks the figure four with his legs
For the most part that happens by chance, it could be from the opponent trying to escape causing them to cross, could be khabib manipulating them with his legs. That's a tough one to know, his main focus is to get those legs wrapped up and controlled.
great breakdown. Question, how does he always get the legs to cross and get the toes pointed up?
Thank you for the comment! Are you speaking specifically about the last technique in the video?
@@stasisjiujitsuandyoga Yes. He always seems to get the legs fully extended with the toes pointing up and legs crossed
So I decided to do a video on this question. I will be mentioning you in the upcoming video, stay tuned and it will be up this weekend
@@stasisjiujitsuandyoga ok, cool! Thank you!
Still playing with that name pronunciation like u heard that name yesterday
It's tough to say fast haha
Break it down you want but you still can’t reach Khabib’s feet.
Only you can reach his feet :)
@@stasisjiujitsuandyoga lol I mean no disrespect for your breakdowns man. But Khabib is on a different level. We never see him in his complete form.
Hahaha I'm just messing around :)
Thanks for the breaking it down!
No problem glad you enjoyed it!
