well no. its not that they move slow, so much as they are so physically weak that the only thing they can do is crawl. even their "climbing" is more crawling up the tree than climbing it.

One of the (many) things I find so interesting about sloths both 2 & 3 toed, is not just the variation of colorings in there coats, but the difference in there noses lol so cool and how there face hair (or lak there of) covers around it. some have what can only be described as a knockwurst or some kind of fat sausage lol, then a similar Pig nose very popular/common but my favorite nose is the second sloth look at 0:07-08 the brown frosted sloth 'Poco' has a well formed almost human nose I call it the Roman Emperor nose, lol s I love the first one 'Shiloh' not the prettiest but seems interesting. and look at the different colors of the nose dark brown to light fleshy and all between. So beautiful , thanks!
