Bullets were always fast!! The basics never changed.
@@makfrags14 seriously, the 8mm WWII Scharfschütze patrone is better in a couple of ways, than the modern American .308 sniper round

You see some of battlefield 5 is realistic, especially the fact that people can heal people who have been blown up by patting them
@@jurassicdano3695 exactly maybe there should be a feature where different weapons pistols and smgs take less time to revive and things like lmgs and snipers take more time and maybe headshots and explosions or burning and shit like that cant be revived
The soundtrack in this game is Phenominal. So is the era. So much of this game was good. Such a shame how things ended up

You’re so freaking right about the music. It was always the coolest feeling at the beginning of a match to run with your team as the main theme crescendoed and soared. Also, the track “Norway” gives me chills. BF1 and BFV have some amazing music. Making me want to revisit BFV... thanks Jack! ❤️

Thanks for making a positive video. It has issues but also does a lot of things really well, better than in previous BFs. That stuff gets overshadowed but now as we head to BF6 it should be highlighted as something to build from!

i always find it a little hard to convert my sens from one game to another
I used to try and find online converters, but I just ended up pulling out a ruler and measuring my 360 distance to match. Easier and more reliable

@@rambo-cambo3581 Move the right analog to its full range and then estimate how many degree turn it is, I used to play on high sensitivity and it used to be 90 degree turn when pushes right anolog to its max range with one motion.
The sniping is the only thing they worked on the entire time the games been out
Just a pity they gave up on the game. Love the gun play and how you can improve by knowing your weapons better.
The ammo limit was the best in my opinion, no running around with felt like unlimited ammo

Sniping Is beautiful in BF5 especially when you get your soldier to count how many headshots you've gotten in a row.
first time i noticed that was when i was on a game in rotterdamn and i got a 5 streak on some people holed up in a building. sniping in bfv is addicting

I started gaming quite late in life (62) and I’m totally hooked.
My ps 4 as sad as it may sound, is a precious possession which has given me many hours of happiness, entertainment and friends. What I like about bf aside from the amazing graphics and gameplay is it appears to be a little more realistic than cod. I love the maps, I love the sniping as the run n gun makes me dizzy.
I don’t like the word camping though as to me it’s not camping, it’s hiding, which is important for snipers. So I wish they could get rid of the bit that shows the position of the person that just killed you, because it takes me ages to find a good position and it’s ruined on one kill. Maybe someone with your popularity and position could influence this. Anyway keep up the good work Jack 👍

When I first watched one of your bfv sniping vids before i had the game, I actually thought the headshot sound effect noise was just the noise the Kar98 made. I was dissapointed when i got the game and eventually unlocked it. Thankyou for continuing to post bfv vids

Use sniper binoculars which can tell you range and then you have specializations with zeroing. Its like it is in bf4
What BF5 has taught me:
When confronted with a dying fellow soldier, gently rub their tummy and say "get up, soldier!" and they will be magically healed.
After a long day of being killed by campers in Warzone, I end up back on Bf5.
So left a game with snipers to go to another game that also has snipers? What kind of logic is that?

But in warzone everyone is a sniper, u barely get to use some other gun and its a suicide if u yourself doesn't use a sniper

Thats the dobbelschuss (whatever that double flare gun is) It shoots sticky flares, I think if you shoot those in they air,, they dont stay in the air
Those aren't the normal flares, that's the Doppelschuss, sticky flares that behave with gravity like BF1

The soundtrack has always been spot on in the Battlefield series. But in BF5 they nailed all of the sounddesign. Everything just sounds great: bullets whizzing past you, granades exploding, planes passing by low, the roar of a tank on full throttle, etc. Just phenomenal!

Try shooting your flares up high in the air Jack! You'll get more coverage that way 👍
doppelshutz flares don't stay in the air, they're more usefull for sticking to vehicles to combat combined arms squads

Every once in a while you get those games as a sniper where you are just untouchable. Everyone who looks at you gets a bullet between the eyes. Gotta admit I had more games like that in bf1 than in bf5 though sadly.

my favorite thing about BFV was when we’d go into a private conquest game so it wasn’t enough to start the game. so it was almost like hardcore and we’d use kar iron sights it was so fun.

one of the good things that I keep noticing about Battlefield v is that the snipers do not have as much bloom compared to the snipers in Battlefield 1.

Idk why, but I felt like I was the only one to say that the soundtrack can be beautiful. I remember catching myself just at the main menu release day just enjoyed the hell out of 'Norway'. Very beautiful song. Soderqvist and Adren did a spectacular job and added many aspects of why Zimmer is the greatest of our generation.

3:07 - 3:21 is pretty satisfying to me. Again, this is a really entertaining video with a game that doesn't even look fun to play. The tower scene around the 6m mark was funny. "I am the lord of the tower" *insta-ded* I laughed. But it's Jack making the videos entertaining...it certainly doesn't make me want to play the game (unlike Hunt, BF3/4, etc). Soooo...great stuff, as always, Jack!
