The rim Im dunking on is 9 foot or somethin and i could dunk only off my left leg. Today i managed to dunk off my right leg and off 2 feet with both approaches. Your program is legit man. I would believe what Nathanael is saying if I didn't do the program. When I did the program I had massive gains, going from almost touching the backboard to grabbing the rim by the end of the post shock phase. Also as a side note, there is an optional weight lifting regiment within the program.

My biggest problem with Vert Shock is the lack of recovery between workouts. It would be a much better program if it were condensed into 2-3 workouts per week. I gave it a try a few years ago. I got some small gains early on, then started having some aches and pains due to lack of recovery.

Nice video and makes me think 😄 I started Vert Shock twice, but couldn't finish, cause of non related trauma. Rn I got about 33 inches jump and it used to be higher. I feel like I've lost that explosiveness and that reaction jump (if I'm saying right). I know there's not going to be 9-15 inches, but at least some 😄 but now after watching your video, I know for sure, there's no point for me to start again VS 😄 I may try your "jump", but maybe you have any other suggestions. I don't even know if it's so important for me to jump higher, than getting that explosiveness back.. thanks for the video!👌
I'm 15 with 24 inch vertical, though I have 7'5 standing reach(I'm 6 foot BUT my wingspan is trash sooo) Edit: at my best I had 29 inch vertical though.
You should definitely review the vert code elite (with weights) program! I saw you reviewed the vert code body weight one already. I'm curious to see which one you think is better between vert code elite and the flight system.
2 questions. 1st is, can I do my squats, power cleans and other strength workouts while I do vert shock. 2nd is, if the answer is yes to that last question, when should I do my strength workouts in between?

If I get your members program, would I have to stop my current weightlifting journey? How much of my gains for other muscles would I have to miss out on? I do major muscle groups 5 days a week (legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms, 7 minute core workouts after each workout). Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Can i ask you something about your free program? Can i run it alongside a bodybuilding/powerlifting program or would it be overtraining? Let's say i hit the gym at 5AM for my BB/PL program and after work i do yours at home at 7PM. I have a regular office job so outside the gym i don't do much physical work at all, so i can recover and rest through the day. Diet plan and sleep schedule on point. i'm 195cm currently on 107kg with around 15%BF and always had a terrible vertical, wanted to improove it to be able to dunk consistently. :)
To be honest I think it would be too much (It MIGHT not be too much if you recover well). But let me suggest something else. If I were you, I would do the plyos from my body weight program, THEN hit your BB/PL exercises afterwards instead of my body weight strength exercises. That would be best case scenario. But you know your body best. You could try it out and see how you feel after a week!

You should focus on basketball first, BUT this program will take your athleticism to the next level. Being 5'5 doesn't mean anything. You're 13 bro. You will grow

Im 5’7 never worked on my legs just all basketball and jumping. i can jump and reach the rim with 1 hand unable to grab tho. I wanna see how far I can take myself.

I’m confused is the, Phase 1 Phase 2 Phaze 3? Do we do all of them in 1 day, or how does that work?
Phase 1 is the first week, phase 3 is the last week, phase 2 is weeks 2-7 I think

I’m 14 years old and 5,8 feet tall and weight 65 kg which is around 143 pounds. I have been looking for nice program for a while, because I think I’m tall enough to dunk. Is this guaranteed to help me to reach 6 to 10 inches higher vertical? Or even dunk?

This is guaranteed to get you 6+ inches if you are just now starting to train, yes! Even if you're not, it'll likely get you 6+ inches. For 10+ inches you'll likely have to go through it a second time.
