Architect, kaya kami nanonood ng blog mo dahil kailangan naming malaman ang mga requirement para magpatayo ng bahay..ang ibininigay mo lang sa amin e puro number at kailangan pang mag research, kailangan e isa isahin mo sa amin kung ano yang mga building code na kailangan namin malaman at ipaliwanag mo sa amin para matutunan namin.

I've been reading the latest National Building Code of the Philippines and BP220. I think BP220 suits my needs. I am just not sure if BP220 is applicable to the tiny house I'm planning to build. I'm planning to build a house late this year. It was supposed to be in 2020. But due to the pandemic lockdown, changes in work, price increase in most things, construction is delayed. My original budget is now good for just half the size of my original house plan. Been inspired by many tiny house construction shows and videos online. Tiny house suits me now. I need a house that is functional, safe, easy to maintain and clean, with good air circulation, natural light coming in as sunlight is a natural disinfectant, not high ceilings to easy replace lighting fixtures, not very high cabinets for easy reach, good traffic flow, etc I think a tiny house suits me now. 30sqm ground floor, 36sqm second floor. Firewalls on both sides. However, I'm not sure if the latest National Building Code of the Philippines would allow that. Will the BP220 provisions for economic and socialized housing be applicable to the independently constructed tiny house that I'm planning? That is in terms of celing height of ground floor and second floor, door width and height for different rooms, stairs dimensions (width, riser height and run depth), mezzanine provisions, etc. I'd be very grateful for any info and advice that you could provide. Meron pinapayagan na private individual na gumamit nong land (private easement), pero hindi yun sa kanya, pwedeng sa ibang individual or entity or government regulated.
May mga sections sa Building Code na para sa Civil, Sanitary, Mech, Electrical, Construction...Ang sagot ay 'yes' dahil ibat ibat discipline yan. Thanks

Sir good day, anu po meaning ng "private easement". Sa likod ng lote namin ay perimeter wall then private easement then ilog.
