@@animesenpai9493 actually they are the same in percentage but the difference between it is that AMBF is the maximum allowable area that you can use or cover in your property, while PSO is the lot occupied by the building.
Hello Miguel! BHL are expressed either in meters or the number of storeys (or stories) of a building. For instance, a building has a 9 meters BHL or 3 storeys BHL. You can refer to rule 7 & 8. We hope this helps!
Are designers required to comply to the front setback (Y1) if its location regulates the property to provide 5 meters that will be used as arcade to the frontage of the site? I'm new to this channel anyway, thank you very much!
Hello Duane! The Y1 variable we used for this video pertains to residential lots only. The required easement width for the arcade is usually present on commercial projects. 17:30 hello what does it mean "BHL is expressed in number of stories"?
Hello Miguel! BHL are expressed either in meters or the number of storeys (or stories) of a building. For instance, a building has a 9 meters BHL or 3 storeys BHL. You can refer to rule 7 & 8. We hope this helps!
It is in Rule 7. Table 7.2 page 89.

, thanks 😊
why is it your computation is different from NBC?
It is the same. Except MACA and TGFA. There were mistakes.
MACA = PSO or AMBF + ISA
TGFA = BHL x max PSO or AMBF :)
Pls check 16:28 MACA Formula
Haha I went to check my notes too.
MACA should be PSO or AMBF + ISA :)
