what is CXone? is this part of NICE InContacts?
Hey Mario, Nice inContact was rebranded to CXone a couple of years back. So everything you see as CXone would be available to you if you are using inContact.
Yea, I noticed that upgrade and heard that they gonna have another big AI upgrade in Oct 2024. anybody heard about this ??
We're waiting to see what is emerging in 24.4. The coming soon Release Notes will be due pretty soon given it has been a while since 24.3. Incidentally, have you checked out our video on 24.3 features?
