hi i would normally dedicate a big paragraph reflecting on my month and try to be witty but im still processing news of family passing so my head isnt really in a good space to say anything cool :,) its been a week and i have to fly off for abroad studies in a couple of days so im forcing myself to upload this before i go and slowly move on with life, but the ache will still be there. so it goes.
I wrote these translyrics 2 years ago, but it's crazy to think how much they still resonate with me now. 稲葉曇's lyricism and music style really evokes the sense of a liminal space, so i hope i did it justice through the translyrics :,)))
Thank you so so much to both toki and Cheri for helping me with the audio production! toki was so kind to let me re-use some of her harm guides from her original cover + record new adlibs for me, and she is so lovely to work with!! Cheri was also super amazing with mixing and dealing with all those vocal layers, and the effects she used for this cover was very cool and Im so so happy with how everything came out in the end. Big vouch for them both ❤️❤️❤️
