Oh my goodness... talk about mass making ! Gayle, you just took it to the next level ! All these adorable journals... just wow ! I'm tickled with the Gnome one. In Norway they are called Nissis. Sweden call them Tomtes. Huge part of my heritage. I've got to get this kit and make a journal for my Granddaughter with the information about these little guys !! Lol !

Gayle I think you might be an enabler! I am working on the DFBC challenge on DeeDee’s channel. I am going to make a December daily journal for myself and decided that I would use the ephemera for each day. I also purchased the whole digital kit from Jen Bishop at Dreamzetc because she has soooo much ephemera to fussy cut ( which I have completed). I am so excited to work on this project. I have two that I am working on- one is technically that I am finishing up from last year and then starting on a new one for this year 😊🤗. It's just a regular Christmas Junk Journal to have fun Journaling in about this year's Christmas over all. I feel like that I may end up starting another one before it's all over with 😊.

Another idea for covering a rip in paper is gluing some pattern paper over it. It protects the rip, looks aged (kind of), and you can still see through it. Tissue paper can work as well. It only has to be big enough to cover the corner.

I went to a Christmas service at a friend’s church and the minister dressed as Santa and gave a sermon on love & generosity. So I think my Christmas journal will be on spiritual teachings and include both the Santa theme and the Jesus theme.🦌💌❤️📚🌠🎄✝️🤱👼

Hi Susan! I think my needle is a tapestry needle. Or at least it came in one of those packs of all kind of odd needles like the curved one, etc. I’m pretty sure there is a needle in the kit, but this is just the one I’ve used since before having the kit, so I’m just used to it! ❤️

Dee Dee gave some measurements, but not on every piece she did. So I made them the size to fit well in my 9 x 6 journal. So sorry I’m not more help than that! Today I’m going to start filming the making of my Gnome journal and I’m including all the ephemera pieces in it. How about I give measurements on everything in that video.
